This 100 square meters apartment with 2 bedrooms is located in the famous apartment block "Tembo Banus" in the center of Puerto Banus in Marbella in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has a high quality and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and HiFi system. The apartment has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a large covered terrace with view to the south of the Plaza Antonio Banderas, as well as a communal garden with swimming pool, children's pool and gym.

The apartment complex is situated next to the Corte Ingles shopping center. Shops, restaurants and bars as well as the port and the beach are within walking distance. The building has underground parking which is separately owned. You will have to arrange the parking for yourself, prices vary, you can request information before arrival. Normally between 75 and 125Euros a week depending on the time of the year

Well priced and a perfect location. Lovely well kept spacious apartment, 5 minutes walk to Marina and beach and a lovely peaceful pool if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

Very good customer service, owners very friendly and helpful.

Cannot fault the service or the apartment, would highly recommend.

This secure and modern apartment is located right in the heart of Puerto Banus, next to the El Corte Ingles/Hipercor shopping centre and overlooks the large central square. It is perfectly located for all the bars, restaurants and night life in the square, as well as the cafes and restaurants etc on the Marina itself.

This is a perfect location for all the Puerto Banus has to offer.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you.     We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
