About this property

The villa is located in a quiet area but close to restaurants, entertainment, theater, shops, sports facilities and large pine forest, a few steps from the famous huge Versilia beach.
It 'very comfortable and cozy, bright and fresh. Normally used by the owners, the house is well equipped and organized, complete with all appliances (double refrigerator). The two outdoor porches are equipped with one table and chairs for dining and the other with chairs to relax. Two of the four bedrooms upstairs have large terraces. Downstairs (stairs have protection for children) there is a large basement with a ping pong table, and in the garden there is a barbecue. At about mt. 50 away there is a large garden with children's games. The location of the house allows you to make beautiful bike rides, on bike paths or streets with little traffic and the inner, or in the beautiful pine woods of Versilia. It arrives in the center of Forte dei Marmi or Tonfano in minutes, to taste the famous 'schiacciatine' or an ice cream, or go shopping! The center of Viareggio is 10 Km.

Very good location close to the beach and town. Very friendly and service oriented owner

The house had very good layout with four full bedrooms and a cosy outdoor eating area. It's close to the beach and town of Pietra Santa which has wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and ice cream parlors. Francesca was a wonderful host who was very flexibile and tried to accommodate us. We enjoyed a two week holiday with our whole family.
