Lovely apartment in an ideal location close to the beach

A great little apartment with nice terrace, near the beach and town only a 10 minute walk. Beatrice was very friendly and helpful and recommended lots of places nearby. Would recommend

Superb looking appartment but not too practicable

First impressions are a beautifully decorated and furnished appartment. Downside was a lack of storage for clothing, there are no wardrobes or chest of drawers etc.... Ended up using the clothes airer as a makeshift wardrobe. The kitchen was also missing some key utensils, no carving kinfe or chopping board and only 2 mugs with no handles so not much use for hot coffee! Also disappointingly we played hunt the bed linen, even though we'd hired it! It didnt look freshly laundered once we'd found it in a box in the cupboard. The towels needed a good wash too! There was also no broadband as advertised! The owners said it had not been working for a while. Bit of a shame as I had a few work emails to sort out and had to spend a couple of hours lurking around the tourist office using their free wifi. Shame about these failings as they are all easily fixed and have counted towards an average score. Would have scored 4 or 5 if the beds had been made on arrival and the kitchen was equiped a bit better.
