One bedroom apartment located on 1st floor of apartment block. Lift and stairs provide access to 1st floor.

Open plan lounge/kitchen - kitchen offers fridge, fan assisted oven, two ring hob, overhead fan, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The lounge area has an L shape sofa (which opens up to create a double bed) and one relaxer chair with padded headrest. Patio doors leading out to balcony which have table and chairs. TV, DVD player, CD player and fan provided. Balcony provides views out to Famagusta area. Highchair also provided.

The bathroom offers WC, Bath in shower and wash hand basin and Laundry bin (clothes airer also provided) and ironing board. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and two side drawers, as well as dressing table, mirror and stool (ample storage for all guests plus air conditioning unit (small hairdryer provided). Towels and Linen provided. In the wardrobe there is a cool box and umbrella which can be used please return when finished. Please bring your own beach towels. Toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing machine liquid and all other cleaning products are provided.

The apartment has been freshly decorated and is in a nice quiet residential area a perfect location for exploring Kapparis, Paralimni, Derynia aswell as the Protaras and Ayia Napa areas. Hire car recommended.

Why Andrea Sova chose Paralimni

I first visited Cyprus in 1999 for a wedding in Protaras. I had visited Ayia Napa the year before but just fell in love with the Protaras area and people. I then decided to visit Cyprus every year to explore other areas such as Pernera, Troodos Mountains, Larnaca, Pervolia after feeling more and more at home and making Cypriot friends I decided to look at purchasing a holiday home in Cyprus. I looked at three properties and fell in love with the Kapparis area which is quiet and an ideal base to explore areas nearby. My apartment is situated in a quiet area and my (english and cypriot) neighbours are great!

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is a home from home. Lovely quiet area set back off the road so that when you decide to leave the restaurants or bars you can come back to the apartment and relax. A real home from home with nice sofa, clean linen, comfy bed and nice balcony to relax with a drink.

Property was really well equipped throughout and spotlessly clean on arrival Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle which made for quiet relaxing nights sleep . I would recommend a car to get to local beaches shops bars ect . If there are any problems or questions to ask the neighbours are English and very helpful (although we had no problems ) . I would definately recommend this property .

The apartment was very clean and comfortable bed

You would need a car , to shops, beaches, other towns etc was within easy reach from the apartment by car. We found it to be very peaceful, there was lots of information about Cyprus in folder information for places to visit restaurants taxi's etc. We enjoy the view from the balcony where you could see the sea . we would use the apartment again .

Home from home....PERFECT

This apartment was perfect, very clean, fresh and well maintained, it had everything I needed. A lot of thought has gone into what you would need while on holiday, there were cooler boxes available to use etc. The location was described accurately, it is in a lovely, quiet residential area of Kapparis, close to Paralimni. You will need a car as it is quite a walk to the beach, or to use the pool in the Amore apartments where I went most days, there is no charge to use all the facilities, the food and drinks are reasonable, only 1 euro for a coke etc, and the staff are really friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Kapparis, there is entertainment most nights in some of the bars(Grand Slam). A lovely new coffee shop and bakery as you come into Kapparis where they do a lovely iced coffee frappe, it is open all day & night. I did have a problem finding the apartment late at night as the street lighting is not good, also there are no street signs. The Sophia Court Apartments put their refuse bins in front of their apartment sign, I noticed a few days into my stay. But once you get your bearings it is easy to navigate from the airport. Straight through Paralimni past lidl on your left, past sports direct on your right, to the big roundabout, turn right 3rd exit, past the police station on your right, straight through the traffic lights, go over all the speed ramps as the road goes down a hill after the last speed ramp, turn left and Sophia court is on the corner on your right. Go all the way to the end of the road you will see Apollonos Court Block C, turn into the drive way and Block B is in front of you. I would definately use this apartment again, the owner was lovely and provided a first class customer service. The neighbours were great.

small ,spotlessly clean ,safe,quiet,

stayed for 25 nights ,we loved this lovely exceptionally clean ,comfy especially the bed. apartment ,A small residential building in quite and peaceful area.,,safe and secure ,with nice Neighbours .. close too all amenities,and local beaches .car hire recommended,.one tiny small thing (no microwave } but hey ho ,definitely would and will go back here ,highly recommend..

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beautiful apartment very close to the sea and nice restaurants. Very clean and Cody and roomy!

It would be fantastic if the tv was replaced by a newer one.

Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality within easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Although Kapparis has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, a car is really essential for maximum pleasure, as in the UK.

The apartment is situated within easy access of Kapparis main street (Kennedy Avenue), Paralimni 2km (5 mins) and Protaras 5 km. (10 mins), Ayia Napa (15 mins). Larnaca (45 mins).

Kapparis and Protaras provides many bars, restaurants and shops whilst Paralimni is the nearest village centre and is well worth visiting, you can find the main church, supermarkets and various shops and bakeries within the village. Deryneia is also located next to paralimni and is a small village with various shops.

The nearest beach is Fishermans beach and Agia Trias beach. The famous Fig Tree Bay is located in Protaras.
