Soir d d'été is a 1970s villa renovated in 2011, near the village just 200m away by walking. It consists of three bedrooms (180cm, 160cm bed and 2 90cm beds, no children's beds with bars), 2 bathrooms (sheets and towels included in the rental), a large kitchen lounge. The view of the mountains will make you dream. The back garden is hidden from view with covered terrace and gas plantxa for your evenings, near the swimming pool for exclusive use, chill out ... Two outdoor parking spaces. You will be near the beaches, around 10mm by car, and near the trails for walking or cycling. For winter evenings, wood fireplace -insert-
It is ideally located, the border is 10mm by car. In fact you are close to everything and quiet, the dream.

Stunning property, beautiful location — magnifique propriété, situation parfaite

English: The property description and photos don’t quite do justice to just how beautiful and idyllic this property and its location are. All rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and the views from the French windows and balcony are absolutely stunning. An even better panorama can be found from the gorgeous infinity pool. It’s the ideal place to relax and luxuriate in while visiting Southern France, the Basque region and Spain. Français: La déscription et les photos de cette propriété ne font pas honneur à la vraie beauté du bâtiment, du jardin et des vues panoramiques incroyables. Toutes pièces sont bien-aménagées, esthétiques, spacieuses et confortables. Les portes-fenêtres et le balcon donnent sur le paysage de la région Basque et les Pyrénees, mais la meilleure vue est à partir de la piscine à débordement. Logement idéal pour se détendre et se prélasser tout en explorant le sud la France, le Pays Basque et L’Espagne.

Lovely house and garden with pool and garden room. All looks exactly like the pictures. Jean Philippe was the perfect host. Very accommodating and provided lots of information about the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again

Superb house with panoramic view in cute Basque village

Wow! we always like to choose nice high quality houses for our family summer holiday but this one was exceptional for our needs. the photos do not give the true impression of how amazing it is! Beautiful spacious garden with pool and cabana, deck chairs and roll out comfy Bali style beds for sunbathing.......even a little outdoor drinks fridge !! 3 stylish bedrooms easily sleeps 6 persons. great outdoor space and full width sliding doors to the outside entertaining area. very well equipped kitchen - with every facility you could need on your holiday. Tranquil setting at the back of a traditional Basque town with easy access to beaches such as St Jean De Luz (20 mins away) and Biarritz (20 minutes) You will sleep well here and have total relaxation in this fantastic house - we were so happy with it.....I almost want to keep it a secret Thanks to our host Jean-Philippe and see you next time :)

Generous and beautiful

Lovely house and garden with a spectacular view from the pool. Very well equipped and appointed, with three well-proportioned bedrooms. Jean Philippe our host has really thought carefully about how to make his guests happy and comfortable.
