single house in the countryside with breathtaking views on gulf of asinara, the sea can be seen from three sides of the house.
The house consist in a L-shaped living room with full kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for two couples.
All windows have shutters and mosquitos nets.
The house is located on top of the hill and is surrounded by a beautiful young olive grove.
To reach the house you have to do 700 meters of unpaved road. The campaign is a beautiful medieval town overlooking the gulf of asinara.Castelsardo has a small port well equipped, where you can rent boats and rafts.There is a small fleet of fishing boats, that daily, bring fresh fish.Mullet and lobster, caught in its waters, are famous for their goodness.Many restaurants serving seafood.
Excellent diving offerguided dives in dry and wrecks.To 15/20 km away from the SPA of Casteldoria.

Agréable semaine au calme avec une belle vue sur Castelsardo

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à 2 au calme dans la maison bien située sur une colline dans un champ d’oliviers. Une voiture est nécessaire pour bien profiter des alentours et accéder aux belles plages à une quinzaine de minutes. Castelsardo est accessible à pied pour qui aime marcher un peu. L’équipement était conforme au descriptif et suffisant pour nous 2 (nous avons principalement pris nos repas au resto). L’accueil sur place s’est très bien déroulé. Gianmario nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires.

Amazing view, basic home

We stayed in the house of Gianmario for three weeks. The location and view over Castelsardo is amazing and really beautiful. House is basic, beds are good. Outside we missed a good place with shadow and sunbeds. Just a parasol is not enough to enjoy the terrace. Contact with Gianmario was very easy and hè is very helpfull.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Panoramablick

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Olivenhainen und einem mediterranen Baumbestand mit traumhaftem Blick auf Castelsardo und 360 ° Panoramblick auf die Gegend. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 20 Minuten das Städtchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, das Haus sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit Ende September trotz wiederholtem Regen sehr genossen und können das traumhafte Häuschen und die ruhige, einzigartige Lage weiter empfeheln.

Haus mit tollem Ausblick und Ruhe

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist so wie auf den Fotos. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus mit dem schönen Olivenhain genau richtig. Nur der Müll war leider ein Problem. Obwohl wir den Müll nach Plan getrennt und nach unten an die Straße gebracht haben, wurde er nicht abgeholt. Bei unserer Abreise sollten wir den Müll auf die Deponie bringen oder an den Mülleimern am Strand entsorgen. Das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Der defekte Warmwasserboiler bei unserer Ankunft wurde schnell repariert. Leider gibt es keine Liegen auf der Terasse und eine unbequeme Möblierung. Ansonsten war das Haus soweit o.k.
