About this property

It is very large, fresh and always ventilated. It features wide-open outdoor spaces to have dinner. Two sleeping areas, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, have independent access on the upper floor with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. There is also another bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom. Overall, it has five bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers. In our house, nobody sleeps in the living room! Wonderful October in Salento, we will leave the house open for visitors! Amazing prices for minimum two weeks in October. Just ask for an offer! It is very well furnished, and it includes a burglar alarm system and private security. It is located close to Portoselvaggio.

Una comodissima settimana in famiglia

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa; bellissimo soprattutto lo spazio per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Massimo e Luciano sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili; abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giro in barca dal porto di Tricase. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare a Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno o Porto Selvaggio. Unico neo la strada molto rumorosa, soprattutto nel weekend.

A pleasant stay

We enjoyed a lot staying in Massimo's house. Its quite large and it has everything that is necessary. Its location is perfect with lot of great beaches nearby. Massimo's was an excellent host, always available. It was a great week in Santa Caterina!

Vacanza confortevole e rilassanta

La casa è esattamente come descritta e fotografata: ampia,ben attrezzata,arredata con gusto,funzionale e ben posizionata. Eravamo in tre famiglie e abbiamo soggiornato comodamente grazie al numero di camere e bagni che garantiscono agio e privacy. L'area esterna é fantastica per pranzi e cene,fresca,spaziosa e attrezzata.C'è la possibilità di raggiungere spiagge meravigliose con pochi minuti di auto. Massima assistenza,cortesia e disponibilità da parte del proprietario e del custode.

piacevole soggiorno

Casa grande, accogliente, bella, pulita e ben accessoriata. Grande patio esterno dove poter mangiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Santa Caterina e il suo mare sono molto belli.

Perfetta!

Le foto non rendono giustizia a come è veramente la villa: la veranda sul retro è grandissima, comodissima e molto fresca essendo sempre all'ombra; il salone è confortevole e ben arredato; due belle scalinate in legno conducono al reparto notte diviso in due parti ciascuna dotata di due camere da letto fornite sia di pala che di impianto di condizionamento. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto il custode, il sig. Salvatore che è sempre stato disponibilissimo e solerte nell'esaudire le nostre richieste. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre rintracciabile per qualsiasi evenienza. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutta la biancheria sia da letto che per il bagno. Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è ottimo. Noi siamo stati veramente bene e speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

I have designed and created books for over 30 years; I work in the publishing and communication industry, particularly in the food and wine sector.

Why they chose this property

Salento is my grandparents’ and my father’s homeland. Since I was a child, I have spent my holidays here. I built this house with enthusiasm and passion; it was planned for my family´s holidays and for my daughters. Now that my daughters have grown up, we are happy to rent the house to anyone who wants to discover the Salento area in one of the most beautiful seaside villages of the coast: the exclusive Santa Caterina and Porto Selvaggio.

What makes this property unique

There is the possibility to go lateen sailing on Rosa Maria, an ancient and unique Feluca, which is a typical 1959 Sorrento boat. The boat is moored to the Tricase harbour 40 minutes away from Santa Caterina, on the east coast.
