This spacious unit offers open concept vacationing with added features of tile flooring, leather seating and flat screen televisions. There is dining seating for eight and overflow seating also available at the kitchen bar area for up to six. The kitchen provides updated cabinetry, counters and appliances. Living space is extended outdoors with a Gulf front balcony accessed just off the living area. Beautiful!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse was beautiful and the location was great! Our only concern was the deck railing. We had our grandchildren with us and the railing was held together with zip ties.

Great Stay but.......

Great home. Everything as described. EXCELLENT LOCATION! But there was a problem with WiFi. Great response when called. However, it off and on, mostly off, throughout the 4 day stay. Overall, great visit and I would use the property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the beach mat and cards they provided upon check-in! House was very nice. Was already stocked with lots of things. Before we arrived we bought beach chairs and they already had about 5-7 chairs for use and lots of beach toys for the kids. They also had a decent supply of a few household items like dish detergent and trash bags. Great access to the beach. Would definitely book again!
