Bien placé et bon accueil

Belle vue mer, logement situé proche de tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances sans voiture: plage, restaurants, rue commerçante, parc. Logement assez grand et immeuble avec du charme (cour intérieure). Accueil parfait avec Julia. Les bémols: logement un peu vieillot, un peu poussiéreux et cloisons très fines, salle de bain petite et un peu sommaire, matériel pas toujours en bon état (plaque électrique, bouilloire, clic clac, lit tiroir, lampe sans ampoule). Plusieurs petits détails qui, ajoutés les uns aux autres, font une impression globale de manque d'entretien. Ayant passé beaucoup de temps dehors grâce à une météo clémente pendant ces quelques jours, ces aspects furent pour nous secondaires, au vu du prix intéressant, de l'emplacement parfait, de la possibilité de venir avec notre petit chien et de l'accueil qui nous a été fait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

A éviter !

Nous passons des vacances 2 fois par an sur la côte normande ces dernières années et nous avons toujours été satisfaits de nos locations mais cette location à Luc sur Mer est vraiment à déconseiller; La propriétaire réside dans la région parisienne et la conciergerie est totalement inefficace, n'apportant aucun service et ne se présentant pas aux rendez-vous sans s'excuser. Plus grave, tout est sale dans cet appartement: la vaisselle, les couverts, les verres, les vitres, on a l'impression d'être dans un vieux grenier fait de bric et broc et tout est poussièreux ... D'autre part, la propriétaire nous avait indiqué que la WIFI existait en partage, que neni malgré nos démarches nous avons fait sans... En outre , au bout d'une semaine l'eau des WC s'écoulait sans arrêt , le plombier est venu 4 jous après, bonjour l'inconfort. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de nous plaindre mais là, c'est quand même se moquer du vacancier.
