séjour agréable

beau logement, calme, pratique, bien équipé et avec une très belle vue sur la mer. propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif. la piscine quasi privée est un vrai plus.

Un super séjour - Coup de coeur pour la piscine !

Agréable et spacieux (nous n'avons pas utilisé la chambre en mezzanine - à noter: pas de climatisation pour cette 3ème chambre). Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse vers la piscine et la mer. Résidence calme. Piscine à débordement toujours très propre et super agréable (assez grande et profonde pour nager)! Claudine, en charge de nous accueillir, nous a fait un très gentil accueil. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux jeunes enfants et nous a fourni un lit-bébé, chaise-haute et jeux de plage. Pratique :). Merci! Possibilité d'améliorations / suggestions: - Prévenir à l'avance en cas de coupures d'eau programmées (elles peuvent être fréquentes et impactantes! En 9 jours de séjour, nous avons eu 3 coupures - chacune d'une durée de 18h - de midi à 6h du matin le lendemain. La 1ère coupure a eu lieu lors de notre 1er jour dans la villa, et personne ne nous avait prévenu alors que ce sont des coupures prévues à l'avance et que nous séjournions avec deux jeunes enfants). - Écrire un guide de bienvenue avec des informations pratiques sur le logement (ex: code wifi, fonctionnement des appareils, etc.) et les alentours (commerce de proximités, recommandations/coup de coeur des proprio de restaurants, traiteur pour commander, et autres bons plans) - Mettre à disposition des piles de remplacement pour les télécommandes des climatisations (une telécommande est tombée en panne pdt notre séjour et on ne pouvait plus éteindre la clim!)

Goed gelegen appartement

Uitstekend gelegen appartement t.o.v. strand en centrum met mooi uitzicht, terras en zwembad. In een heerlijke rustige woonbuurt. Benedenbuurvrouw is vriendelijk, evenals gastvrouw Claudine. Ze is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam.

Ruhige Unterkunft und viel Platz

Die Wohnung bietet riesig viel Platz und ist somit ideal für Familien geeignet. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen, wobei zu unserer Zeit nur unsere Wohnung belegt war. Somit konnten wir den tollen Pool ganz alleine nutzen. Durch die Hanglage genießt man einen tollen Meerblick. Allerdings war die Küche schmutzig und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Meer ist zwar nicht weit entfernt ist, jedoch ohne Strand. Diese sind ein Bus zwei Kilometer entfernt und ein Auto ist deshalb unbedingt notwendig.
