About this property

Villa Caprifogli is a quiet place ideally located 1, from the town of Alghero. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, it sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms (+1). For a smaller group there is the possibility of renting only one floor, each floor may be completely independent from the other with a private entrance .

The upper floor is 50 sqm, huge west facing veranda of 35 sqm.
The ground floor is 80 sqm.
Around the house there are large green spaces, a barbecue and an outside shower useful after a day at the beach.

Vraiment très bel endroit et propriétaire très sympathique

La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut. Elle se situe au calme et quand même pas loin de la ville. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné de très belle idée de choses à faire. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire!

wunderbares Haus und Umgebung

Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Beim Einchecken hat sich Erika sehr viel Zeit genommen, uns Tipps und Informationen über Alghero und Umgebung zu geben, die sehr nützlich für uns waren. Wir haben beide Wohnungen genutzt und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war sogar genug Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, etwas Kaffee, Tee und Salz vorhanden, so dass wir nicht sofort in den Supermarkt stürzen mussten. Die Lage ist traumhaft, von der oberen Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer und umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Rosmarinbüschen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man auch an der Steilküste und kann direkt zum Meer hinuntergehen, vorbei an eine Quelle. Da wir zu Ostern dort waren, war es abends noch sehr kühl und auf Wunsch wurde uns die Heizung angeschaltet (bitte Extrakosten erfragen). Die Küchen sind jeweils mit einer Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt von Alghero ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Praktisch ist, dass auf dem Weg dorthin auch die Müllcontainer stehen, so dass man den Müll zwischendurch immer wieder unkompliziert loswerden konnte. Es ist ein tolles, großes Anwesen mit traumhafter Aussicht und Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert. Man kann wunderbar von dort aus die westliche Region erkunden. Vielen Dank an Erika und Eltern!
