About this property

Old restored farmhouse in which you will find a living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs, a dining area with fitted kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer, a toilet. On the first floor, small landing, bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC . One bedroom with double bed 160*190, table and armchair, a second bedroom with two beds 90*200, bedside table, chair and small table. Each bedroom has its window to the west and a Velux to the south. Garden furniture, deckchairs, relax armchair, parasols, barbecue. All the equipment is recent.

Booking conditions:
Deposit of 500 euros to be returned directly to the owner on arrival.
Electricity consumption is charged at €0.20 / KWh.
Homemade linen is not included in the price. After booking, we can provide you with addresses to organise the hire of sheets on site or the possibility to bring your own sheets and towels.

Très agréable

Maison bien équipée, très propre permettant de passer un moment très agréable Environnement campagnard mais à quelques kms de Sauzon et du Palais. Très Bien

Charme et bien être

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison traditionnelle de belle île. Nous avons tout aimé la cheminée qui nous a réservé de belles soirées au coin du feu, le confort de la maison, la propreté, le calme. Nous avons eu un soucis avec internet du à la tempête et le propriétaire a été très réactif, bref séjour 5 étoiles et nous reviendrons prochainement!

Gite très agréable

Gite où on se sent bien immédiatement, propre, bien équipé, bien situé entre Sauzon et Le Palais. Jardin très agréable. Nous recommanderons ce gite à nos amis et y retournerons volontiers. On a bien aimé la crêperie Les Embruns à Sauzon, la boutique de dégustation de fruits de mer Maxime Cochennec à Locmaria et si vous voulez vous faire plaisir le restaurant Roz Avel à Sauzon.

ein stilvoll renoviertes altes bretonisches Bauernhaus in zauberhafter Ruhe eines kleinen Weilers

sehr geschmackvoll und aufwendig renoviertes altes Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage, schöner Garten mit 2 Sitzecken (eine kleine in der Morgensonne hinter dem Haus); innen sehr schön und auch praktisch eingerichtet, moderne Küche, oben gut funktionierendes Bad mit Dusche, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer in der Dachetage; Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine , alles sehr luxuriös und gut in Funktion; Bewuchs mit Feigenbaum, Rosen, Obstbäumen....sehr hübsch; man ist richtig eingebettet in eine gepflegte Land-Atmosphäre, umgeben von vielen Vogelstimmen; was uns als sehr hellhörige Leute anfangs etwas gestört hat: das nächtliche Froschgequake vom Nachbargrundstück...; der Empfang durch einen Nachbarn vor Ort mit Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (auch mit guten Deutschkentnissen). Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder gerne bewohnen!
