On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a landing and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Surrounded by gardens and a large landscaped area.

Gemütliches Bauernhaus mit romantischem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll restauriert. Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen großen, durch Hecken sichtgeschützten Garten mit vielen Hortensien, Rosen und Agapanthi. Der malerische kleine Hafen Sauzon mit seinen Restaurants ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar, schöne Sandstrände in 10 bis 15 Minuten.

Très belle Maison de Vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Famille à la Laiterie, Belle restauration, maison très agréable avec un beau jardin. Idéal pour sa tranquillité et sa proximité de Sauzon et Le Palais. Accueil particulièrement agréable.

A lovely place to rent for holiday

Ingrid and Mike from Germany We decided to have our autumnholiday in France, Bretagne. For us the first time in France! We like isles and were searching in the internet. We found Belle-ile, because friends of us went to ile de yeu, but this isle seems to small for us. The house we rent for 6 days was exactly like the discribtion in internet. We found a wonderful, well furnished and very clean place, with everything we need, like at home. A nice garden with much flowers invites us to have our morningcoffee in there. We recommend this house. Very nice. About belle-ile, there was a little disadvantage, because the season was over and a lot of resaurants over the isle are closed. All descriptions of places of interest and especially the menues are only in french. Otherwise it is a nice, green island, good for walking, because the trail round! Belle ile is well prepared and signed everywhere. May be we come back to Belle ile and the laiterie - a little earlier.

Le bonheur , tout simplement

située idéalement entre Le Palais et Sauzon , cette demeure nous a ravi mon épouse et moi . Très belle prestation pour cette maison de charme : intérieur (meublée avec beaucoup de gout) comme extérieur (jardin très bien entretenu) vous enchanteront . Transaction très courtoise et très sympathique . nous avons trouvé notre point de chute dans cette si belle-ile .....
