Great little apartment

Great south facing apartment in las Dumas only negative there is no safe only 9 minuets walk to campanaro perfect

Standard apartment, poor provisions

Nice complex, lots of rules and restrictions, no playing music, no floats in the pool, no hanging clothes on balcony. Apartment had 3 chairs for 4 occupants. Fridge not working and food spoilt- informed owner and nothing done to rectify. No change of bed sheets provided. No bin collection on-site, needed to dump rubbish in a street bin. Broken balcony umberella- replaced immediately when owner notified. Check in 4pm and vacate at 10am- not accomodaing by any means! when I arrived at 3.10pm and was told to wait till 4pm. 6 hours to clean a small apartment? Not great! Informed it was suitable for 4- sofa bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for even small children! Lots of small ornaments left around- no need for these, i suggest they need to be removed! As breakage would have incurred charges! 2 hob cooking facility is really unsuitable for self catering! Locked cupboard in the apartment with owners belongings inside- notice pinned to the front saying management only, this needs to be removed as all areas should be accessible to the renter! After booking an extra deposit was requested, not mentioned in the initial booking. Would I recommend? My experience was not great, therefore NO!

Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Nice clean apartment with all the amenities nearby, nice balcony which gets the sun all day, lovely pool with plenty sun beds, very peaceful.

Excellent holiday

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 weeks, end of November-December. It was very comfortable, everything you would need in a holiday home. The booking process and key handover all went very smoothly. The balcony was great, sun all day. Great location, near the beaches and the shopping centre. Lovely complex with beautiful swimming pool. We would certainly return and would recommend it to others. We hired a car and traveled round the island but you could easily use the bus. A wonderful holiday. Thank you.
