Excellent location, friendly owner

Me and my family spent a great time in Mondello in this property. It’s located right across the street from the beach what was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony was good, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but sofa in the kitchen could be more comfortable. Nevertheless, Massimo was very friendly with us and we really enjoyed staying in his apartment. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for Mondello beach

We had a really good stay at Massimo's apartment for a week. The apartment is literally just across the road from Mondello beach. It's perfect clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Massimo has been an amazing host - very friendly and helpful. He arranged cheap airport pick-up for us and his friend took us to Palermo also by car for half of usual taxi rate. We would definitely recommend the place to friends or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday.

best holidays!!

It was the most wonderful vacation! We travel a lot, and I can say that such a wonderful holiday we didn't know before! Massimo and Rita were very friendly and helpful! The sea was clean and warm. Palermo is a wonderful beautiful city. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends and I will try to come here next year! Thanks Massimo for our great vacation! I already miss You and Rita! I loved Sicily thanks to You.

Vacanza con 2 bambini di 4 anni È stato tutto perfetto la casa molto pulita c’è tutto quello che serve!!!posizione stupenda a due passi dal mare e da bar ,pasticcerie,panificio,tabacchi ecc!!il centro si raggiunge con una bellissima passeggiata sul lungo mare!!massimo è stato molto gentile e sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta!!torneremo sicuramente vacanza bellissima!!
