Lovely holiday apartment in the La Senia development in Javea. Close to the Arenal beach, the Port and the old town.

This modern-feel apartment sleeps 4 people, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and is situated in the tranquil grounds of the La Senia development. La Senia is a secure, gated development, ideal for families, and the grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped. There are 2 pools (one of which is only a few metres from the garden gate), and is quiet and relaxing, even in peak season.

A few minutes walk from the apartment are some wonderful beachside bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance is the nearby Port, Marina, Old Town as well as the famous Arenal beach with it's many family-friendly bars and restaurants.

The apartment comes with dedicated underground parking, lift access to the apartment, modern air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, plus your own private garden with gated access the pool area.

This apartment is modern with a homely feel - the kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, new gas hob and oven fitted in 2018, kettle, microwave), and the living room has TV with UK TV (including BBC), as well as local channels, plus a DVD player and selection of DVD's and a bluetooth speaker system. We also have 100Mb fibre optic broadband (a first for Javea!!)

Cot & highchair are available to hire for an additional charge.

I can thoroughly recommend this apartment, clean, spacious, well equipped and a gate that leads straight out to the wonderful pool. Our experience with the owner is second to none they really do go the extra mile, so prompt in responding and never a problem with any of our requests.Thank you for making our family holiday and we look forward to returning soon.

This is a lovely and clean apartment in a perfect location to explore Javea.

Renting this apartment was very straight forward from beginning to end. We received all relevant information in a timely fashion prior to arriving at the property. We thought the apartment was lovely, modern and clean. We also found the communal areas to be well maintained. The apartment is in a great location to explore arenal beach, the port and old town of Javea. I would certainly recommend this property and owners direct to anybody.

Very comfortable apartment, close to eveything

We stayed for five months during the winter in this lovely apartment at La Senia while we looked for property to buy in Jeava. We found the apartment very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a long stay and the gas central heating kept the apartment warm and cosy. There is a nice patio/garden area, south facing to enjoy eating outside. We hardly used the car when staying at La Senia as it is within easy walking distance to shops (Iceland opposite) and the port area with plenty of restaurants and bars. The owners provided prompt communication when needed and speedy help if we had a problem. We would recommend this apartment as a lovely holiday let or for longer winter stays.

Superb private and safe apartment with lovely pool in a great location

Great booking experience with really helpful owner. Met his lovely house keeper when we arrived who showed us around and gave us a booklet of everything we needed to know.

Unlike a lot of apartments this one is large, modern and stylish. Two good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining table and lovely large secluded patio/garden area with table and chairs.

One of the 2 large pools it just 50' from the gate and the grounds are beautifully kept. Being the end of the season the weather was perfect and the complex not busy.

I loved the security aspect. Locks on all external gates. Electric gates to the underground parking and even a lock system on the lifts to get to and from the parking area all made you feel very safe and secure.

The apartment has great air conditioning and the best Wifi I've ever had in Spain which is very handy as the TV has very limited English channels so use the filmon.tv app/website and you can watch all your favourites shows via the wifi.

We cooked a couple of nights but there's loads of restaurants and takeaways very close by and there are 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

I really can't fault this place and have recommended it via my Facebook page to everyone. Being an owner myself on Owners Direct I know what I expect.

Highly recommended!!

The property is exactly as outlined on the website. A beautiful fully equipped apartment making it a home from home experience. We received fantastic customer service from the owner both prior to and after our booking, nothing was too much hassle.

The town of Javea is immaculate, with friendly locals and glorious weather. Its the perfect place if you want to recharge the batteries. We will definitely be back.

Refundable Damage Deposit £150

We will require a 25% deposit on completion of the booking form and the final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. We will also request a £150 damage deposit, which is refundable on departure after the changeover / cleaning.

Upon arrival you will be met by our local rep who will show you to the apartment and make sure you have everything you need.

Longer-term rental - outside of the peak season (May to Sept) the apartment is available for longer-term negotiable lets. Please contact us to make your enquiry.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
