Family holiday -3 families and 11people

Situated away from any major amenities the location was absolutely what we hoped for. Lovely and quiet and whilst there is a house next door no issue at all. With super hot temperatures the outdoor space lent itself perfectly to us all. I note points made by a previous vacationer and some are definitely valid, however, nothing a trip to the supermarket for cleaning essentials etc…didn’t solve. The cleanliness was poor and we did buy replacement grill and tools for the BBQ so it could be used. We had a fabulous time there overall. For potential renters, recommend the following; Bin Bags and lots of them as a large family for a week generates a crazy amount of litter. ASK about the bin area as we placed all ours in one of the out house garages at the entrance to be told it didn’t go there- we still don’t know where it was supposed to go! We gave the cleaner €30 to compensate him shifting it to wherever it actually was but was very embarrassing for us! Only one towel per person, we bought a poolside towel each at the supermarket so ended up ok but would have preferred not paying €20 per towel per person as we’d have packed one if we had known! No tea towels or dish clothes so bought some and left for the next holiday makers. The coffee pot needed replacing as a chip in it but did buy a hobtop coffee maker which did the trick. Fridge and freezer is perfect for large family. Kitchen had most of all you would need. Check the vacuum before use as it was full to brim and wouldn’t work until we cleaned it out. Sink blocked a few times but an easy fix. Appreciate you think you shouldn’t have to clean up but with so many in a house for a week you need to! As long as you’ve stayed in these types of homes before you will be happy there. Tennis court was super -no rackets or balls so buy them or take them with you-worth it! Air con in top 2 rooms works well and we bought 3 x fans ( left them for next guests) so hope they look after them as they really kept the other rooms cooler on a night. Hope the review helped and enjoy your stay there as we did.

Heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin 10 volwassen en 2 tieners en 2 jonge kinderen Leven rond het zwembad was perfect. Buiten ruimte, voor ontbijt en diner erg fijn . Zwembad is voor jong en oud goed, mooi diep bad voor een duik. Met elkaar tennis competitie gespeeld zowel op veld als rond de tafel met de tennistafel. Biljard stelt niets voor en is niet te spelen omdat deze stuk is en incompleet.. Keuken voldeed, bedden voor Nederlandse begrippen te kort voor lengte van 180+ meter en smal. bbq niet gebruikt deze was erg smerig. Omgeving is rustig en dorpje op 5 km afstand. Voor 1 week prima onderkomen in een mooi ruim klassiek Frans landhuis.

Location trop chère compte tenu de son état et des prestations

La maison et la piscine ont du être très belles mais sont très peu entretenues (les photos présentées sur le site doivent dater!); le cadre est très agréable car la maison est entourée de vignes (A signaler cependant une maison voisine vraiment très proche) et le village de ROGUES est très typique. Cependant, Aix n'est pas à 10 km mais à 19km.... Globalement, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé : Les lits sont petits (à l'exception du lit double dans la chambre principale), la peinture se décolle de certains murs, beaucoup de vaisselle ébréchée, le linge de maison est usé (serviettes trouées ou déchirées..), couvertures et couettes tachées. La terrasse est vétuste (des pierres sont décollées notamment autour de la piscine), le barbecue sale et dangereux (des arbres sont situés juste au dessus de la cheminée).Propreté moyenne de la maison, de la vaisselle et de l'électroménager vieillissant (nettoyage des tiroirs à couverts, des couverts, du lave vaisselle et du four que nous avons du effectuer avant utilisation). Nous avons même retrouvé des mégots dans des pots de fleurs mortes... C'est franchement dommage car les piscine est très grande et le terrain de tennis quasi neuf... A ce prix là, tout devrait être irréprochable, ce qui n'est pas le cas.

Une semaine très agréable dans un cadre unique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , la maison est très confortable et particulièrement spacieuse. L'endroit est fabuleux à la fois au calme absolue ( l'unique voisin était absent ) et très proche du centre ville d'Aix en provence. La piscine de par ses grandes dimensions a été particulièrement appréciée, et le terrain de tennis est en parfait état. Une ou plusieurs voitures sont vraiment indispensables. Équipement de la maison est complet et convient parfaitement pour des vacances familiales, mais reste d'un niveau assez ordinaire . Bon accueil du propriétaire par téléphone et de la femme de ménage sur place .
