Beautiful location close to Palma

Located in a World Heritage Zone in the Tramuntana Mountains, this charming finca offers a wonderful combination of tranquility and beauty. It was designed by a talented architect who lived here for many years with his family as their primary residence. There is a wonderful flow to the house which cannot be captured by the photographs. The finca is a stunning, large family home in the beautiful, lush Valldemossa valley, but less than a 5 minute drive to the world famous, beautiful village with its abundance of cafes and restaurants. The area is rich in natural beauty for both walkers and cyclists. The house also has great access to Palma (15 minutes) for the wide range of shopping and top quality dining and only 30 minutes from Soller for boat trips. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living area. There is also a separate casita in the grounds which sleeps 2 guests. There are a number of outside seating and dining areas, which bask in the sun at different times of the day so you can enjoy a different view at each meal. The stylish pool area has a sundeck with beautiful mountain views to Valldemossa. The house has large, well maintained grounds with plenty of privacy for guests. The gardens are enchanting with oranges, lemons, apples, pears, plums, apricots, cherries, figs, walnuts, pomegranate, persimmon, olive, mulberry and grapes. The house is maintained by two staff who can be engaged by separate negotiation.
