8 bedroom / 5 bathrooms Barmouth - Perfect for family and friend get togethers

Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 12 and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has a decked rear terrace – the ideal place to spend a warm summer evening. Located within 100 metres of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities, there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park.

Lovely time

The property was great for our family get together perfect location and plenty of room for everyone, and we all loved Barmouth lots to see and do .Would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

We bought this wonderful house a few years ago as a place to bring our three chidren, friends and family to spend time by the lovely Barmouth coast. It's quite a big house so we quickly realised that it's the perfect place for family and friend get togethers so have decided to rent it out so that more people can enjoy using it.

What makes this property unique

As we have found out when trying to organise get togethers, there are very few decent holiday lets that can accommodate more than a single family. Rose Hill certainly has enough space and hopefully you'll like our fresh styling in the house.
