Beautifully Presented Apartment in Calanova Grande Golf, Close to La Cala Town

New light and modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with lounge and master bedroom leading onto a spacious veranda with spectacular views over the golf course, surrounding hills and Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with modern Bosch appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. Cold and hot air conditioning is provided. A complementary TV service and a complementary internet connection are also provided.

The apartment is situated on the Calanova Grand Golf development, which offers peace and tranquility within 20,000m2 of attractively landscaped sub-tropical gardens. The development has two pools with changing rooms, play areas for children and a tennis court. It is totally enclosed with CCTV and overnight security and an underground parking space is available for tenants.

The Golf Clubhouse is 0.5km away and an easy walk from the Development. The charming La Cala Village and beach and all amenities are a 5 minute drive from the Development. La Cala is midway between Malaga Airport and Marbella and Puerto Banus, a 30 minute drive in each direction.

About The Owner

We live in Johannesburg, South Africa but want to keep one foot in Europe! We visited the Costa del Sol in 2014 and enjoyed it so much we decided the area was for us. After considerable searching, we fell in love with La Cala de Mijas and we bought our apartment just outside the village in 2015.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2015

Why The Owner chose Mijas

We did not want to be on the ground floor or overlooked but wanted to be in a secure development with good facilities. Our apartment satisfies all of these requirements.

Great Compact Contemporary Apartment.

The apartment looks over the golf course and has a South Facing Balcony. It is well furnished in a contemporary style. You need a car, although a taxi to la Calla, which has many good restraunts and bars is only ten Euros by taxi.

Idyllic location with suburb views and a real home from home

Amazing apartment , really well equit a real home from home , truly luxurious furniture and the kitchen was extremely user friendly the washing machine was fantastic with a very short wash cycle - perfect for washing towels etc . Lovely owners and would highly recommend.
