Charming Provencal villa facing south with swimming pool

At the end of a quiet dead end, pretty terraced house of 90m2 on 2 levels, facing south in a closed residence with parking spaces.
Villa with private south facing pool of 4.50m by 2.50m (fitted with an alarm).

Outside you will find a Weber gas barbecue, deckchairs (with mattress), a table and wooden garden chairs. On the entrance side, you can enjoy a small garden and a shaded loggia with table and chairs (ideal for lunch at noon).

On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with 3-seater electric sofa, flat screen TV and dining table with 8 chairs. You also have a WC with hand basin. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with two 90cm beds
1 bedroom with a 140cm bed
1 master suite with a 160cm bed and adjoining shower room
On the 1st floor there is also a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
The house is fully air conditioned.

This Provencal villa will also seduce you with its geolocation. You are a 5-minute walk from local shops (bakery, tobacco, convenience store), a bus stop and a SNCF train station. At 600 m you will find the sea with a pebble beach, the Marineland marine zoo, an Antibeland amusement park, a Casino - La Siesta nightclub.

Antibes is a city located between Cannes and Nice. You can therefore easily visit the department by simply using public transport located in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Beautiful house close to things
We were very happy with the house in Antibes. It was clean, the pool was nice, the facilities were nice. We could walk to Antibes. Short drives to other cities made it a convenient location. Shopping (groceries and other things are in walking distance). Lastly Jacqueline and family were extremely nice and helpfull with everything we needed.

Perfect location
We are a family of 4 ( 2 teenage sons ). We arrived into Nice early in the morning and Jacqueline was more than happy to meet us. Jacqueline, her husband and daughter gave us a very informative tour of the property and provided us with lots of information on the surrounding area. The property is in a gated community, it felt very safe, quiet and well maintained. It is within a 10 minute walk to the train station (which serves every town along the French Riveria coastline with trains running every 30 minutes). The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and has everything you could possibly need (fresh bread daily, meat fish, fruit & veg). There is lovely Italian restaurant just beside the supermarket which does fabulous pizza in a stone oven, there is also lots of other restaurants nearby. Marine land, antibes world and aqua splash are all within a short 15 minute walk, which was especially ideal for our teenagers in the evening to walk to. We would recommend you to buy your tickets for marine land and aqua splash and the train tickets online as they are cheaper. The closet beach is a 10 minute walk but it is stoney and relatively quiet with lots of parking available. The closest sandy beach we found was in Antibes which was excellent, a little crowded but we were there in July. Our boys enjoyed the water sports which are readily available. The airport is approximately 20-30 minute drive & a very large shopping mall nearby. Although Car hire not necessary. The property has air conditioning in all three bedrooms, which works very well. There is a large main bathroom with shower over bath and an ensuite shower room. The rooms are more than adequate with plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. There are 3 different areas outside for dining depending on the time of the day. We particularly liked the small breakfast area in the garden. The larger table is covered with a canopy, beside the pool and there is a fantastic Webber gas BBQ, which we used a lot. The internet was great and our teenage boys thought it was the best ever! There are 4 TVs but we couldn't find any English Speaking channels. There is a DVD player if you wished to use it but we didn't miss the TV! The pool as described is small and we didn't use it for swimming but we enjoyed it for cooling down from the heat. This is a lovely family home which Jacqueline obviously takes pride in and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Très bon séjour à Antibes
Mes 3 enfants et moi-même avons passé 2 belles semaines à Antibes. Très bien accueillis par Jacqueline, nous avons apprécié la maison, conforme à la description et aux photos, très bien entretenue et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (mention pour la climatisation utilisée avec parcimonie mais bien agréable pour passer de bonnes nuits). Jolie petite piscine, parfaite pour se rafraîchir. L'emplacement était parfait. 10mn de la gare SNCF qui nous a permis de visiter les villes de la Côte sans voiture, commerce à 200m, plage proche et centre accessible en 15mn en vélo le long de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nice place
Nice house in good condition with great facilities (pool, sun loungers, bbq, aircon, washing machine etc.). The location is a few minutes walk from a supermarket and a nice bakery, and a few minutes more to a stony beach. We preferred sand but either Antibes central or Juan Les Pins offered great beaches within 20mins drive. We also enjoyed close proximity to surrounding places of interest and enjoyed lunch at L'Amandier Mougins, a restaurant with a great view and recommended by the owner. We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters (13 and 15) who were also happy with the pool and the house overall, but also had enough space for 3 more relatives coming to dinner from a nearby appartment.

Séjour parfait
La maison est très fonctionnelle, agréable et propre. La localisation a été idéale pour nous. La possibilité d’aller à la plage à pied est un plus. La piscine est très appréciable surtout par temps très chaud et pour les enfants. L’accueil de notre propriétaire a été super !
