TOUR de FRANCE 2018: Central Modern Ground Floor flat, 2 beds, balcony, 4-5p

Gorgeous, newly renovated 60m2 ground floor apartment in the heart of La Clusaz village . This lovely apartment has everything you need for your stay including linen and towels . The entrance hall has a drying room on your right for ski gear and equipment and built in wardrobes along the corridor. There is a well equipped kitchen open to the living and dining areas. The lounge is cosy with TV and wifi provided and sofa which can double as a bed. A balcony is accessible from the living area via sliding glass doors with views of the mountains! There are 2 bedrooms , one master bedroom and the other with built in bunk beds , 3/4 on the bottom , single on the top. The third bed is a sofa bed in the lounge. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower overhead and a stylish vanity with double basins. There is a separate toilet with basin off the entrance hall.

Outstanding location located on the ground floor with exceptional views and beautiful interior.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment which ticked all the boxes and more! We couldn't have been happier with the location as it is situated in the main part of town just a stroll to shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The children loved the bunk beds and being close to the outdoor pool also was a bonus. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and extremely cosy offering quirky touches and lovely amenities. We will definitely be back!

Good location and apartment furnished very attractively and is well equiped

We had a good stay in la clusaz. .the appartment is well located and a short walk to shops and bars and ski hire but not noisy. The decor is attractive and the kitchen well equipped. The main bed was comfortable but the smaller double was on the short side so the sofa bed might be a better option for taller people.

There is parking outside the block but be warned our hire car was scratched on 2 occasions by passing cars it might be better to park in covered parking instead.

Good location, nicely renovated and spacious apartment

Apartment was centrally located to both the main village and access to lifts is a five minute walk. Nicely renovated with spacious living area, bathroom and separate WC, well equipped kitchen. Well looked after by the owner's representative, dealing with a couple of minor maintenance matters very efficiently. Despite being on ground floor, good views of the mountains! Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, in a good location

Great apartment, beautiful wooden decor, full of all the necessary utensils, and a huge collection of toys for children!

Location is great, just a very short walking distance from the town center, restaurants, supermarket and swimming pool.
