Wonderful Holiday

This apartment was ideal for me, my husband and our teenage son. Francine and Charles are very welcoming and even kindly provided drinks, bread, fruit and other food when we arrived. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was great too. The view from the spacious balcony is just fabulous. We spent a lot of time out there with a glass of local rose wine 🍷 We had originally planned to hire a car but discovered that it was a shortish walk down the hill to the train station or bus stops. The walk back up the hill is more of a challenge in the heat but not terrible if you are reasonably fit. We would not hesitate to stay here again and hope we will return some time.

Lovely apartment in Eze Bord Sur Mer with tremendous views

We were two couples of 65 -75 year olds. Very pleasant 5 day stay. We were greeted by owner Francine on arrival who helped us with our luggage (lift inside the property). Very much appreciated generous welcome pack. Apartment comfortable and clean. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable. Two bathrooms but neither en suite. A car is an essential as the villa is quite high up the hill. The only thing to be aware of is there are a dozen or so steps to the front door and then a similar amount up to the apartment. The views from the balcony were world class and no traffic noise. (Very difficult to get away from traffic in Nice). Travelled up and down French Rivera and realised that we were actually staying in one of the best locations! If you stay here a visit to Rothschilds Villa. 5 minutes drive away with its outstanding gardens (best I have seen in the world) is a must. Take lunch. Spend the day. Fabulous! Lastly Francine’s son Pierre was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Great view. Well equipped apartment. Welcoming owners.

This apartment has a wonderful view of the bay in Eze and is well situated for visiting Eze village, Nice, Monaco and Menton as well as the other towns of the Riviera. The owners welcomed us and were very generous in providing basic provisions. The off road parking space was a bonus. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped.
