Ideally located, newly renovated apartment set in the center of Los Boliches in Fuengirola. The apartment resides in the premier Don Luis complex which offers a safe and relaxing stay for families and couples. The apartment has been recently renovated with all new appliances and furniture, we also have air and heat conditioning installed.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with an en suite) which is configurable from 1 double bed, and 2 single beds + a fold-up sofa bed in the living room. The en suite room also features an additional smart TV which is internet enabled.

The kitchen is fitted to a high specification and has all the units you would expect to allow visitors to enjoy a stressless stay. WiFi included as standard and a large TV. The apartments are gated and a large swimming pool is shared amongst residents (open mid April to end of September). Sun loungers are provided for use by the pool or to take to the beach.

The balcony features a sliding glass enclosure which can be folded back as desired.

The prestine Fuengirola beach and numerous bars and restaurants are no more than a 3-5min walk away.

Great find

John's apartment is perfectly located for a lovely holiday in Los Boliches. Beach is a 3 minute walk away, there are a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Fuengirola is a 20 minute walk away if you're looking for a stretch or you can take the train which is approx 3 minutes walk away. The train also allows easy access to airport, Malaga Centre, Torremolinos, Benelmadena, etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, modern, nice pool which is open till 10pm during high season! John, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment manager is just a phone call away and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Los Boliches June 22

The apartment is ideally situated near the train line to the airport , the beach and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops . There was a bit of noise in the evening but it didn’t spoil our stay and to be expected when you stay in the middle of the resort. The bathrooms have been refurbished as has the kitchen . The showers were great and it was handy to have a washing machine also . We spent our time around the pool and more often than not we had it to ourselves .To summarise a lovely apartment with a communal pool in a great location in the middle of a fab resort .

Never a shortage of sun and very well located apartment. The local grounds are maintained on a daily basis and local residents are welcoming. Whether you're looking to travel around or put your feet up, there's options to do both!

What makes this property unique

The swimming pool will keep the kids entertained for days and the ocean can be seen from the balcony. The grounds are meticulously maintained and landscaped with exotic foliage.
