This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large pool and terrace.

Just off the tarmac road you will find a private and secluded top floor apartment of a country house sitting in a garden with parking area, carport, swimming pool and a sun drenched 100sq metre terrace. Palm trees and lush greenery adorn this retreat with views of gardens and orchards. There is plenty of space to lie around on the loungers provided and dip in the pool when it gets a tad hot and then have an al fresco lunch in the BBQ area poolside. The apartment house features a living room, with tv, internet and free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, one twin and two doubles , 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and basin and the other has shower and bathtub, bidet and basin. There is an upstairs, south facing balcony terrace. just outside the bedrooms with a sea view, perfect place to enjoy a gin and tonic and watch the sun go down on another perfect day. There is A/C in every room apart from the bathrooms and kitchen.

The owner of this property is called Manuela and this has been her home all her life. Manuela runs the family farm and takes her produce to the local market in Tavira. Manuela is a lively, friendly character who aims to please. You will be treated to the freshest fruit and vegetables on offer in the season free of charge. Manuela lives on the property. however your apartment and pool area and access are completely private and not overlooked. Manuela speaks some English and will be happy to help in any way to make your stay a comfortable and happy one.

Why Anita chose Luz de Tavira

This property is perfect for relaxation and peace and quiet, but not at all isolated. You have the best of both worlds in this location of real Algaravian countryside and a little peek into the real Portugal and then all attractions and beaches and restaurants are just a short drive. If you have children they will be in the pool all the time with plenty of space outside for them to play and explore, leaving you to finally relax and read that book or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

Notes:
You could not be more ideally placed to enjoy all that the Algarve has on offer, from traditional local coastal villages with fantastic fish restaurants and stunning beaches, local fish and vegetable markets with an abundance of fish and shellfish for your lunch or dinner on the lovely terrace watching the sun go down on yet another day in paradise. There are big shopping malls with the ususal fast food outlets, and great shopping from groceries to designer shops, water parks, safaris, deep sea fishing a whole host of water sports and most importantly.. sunshine!

Fabulous outdoor space

Fabulous week in this lovely away from it all apartment. The pool and outdoor spacewas fabulous. Really enjoyed watching the sunset whilst sitting on the large balconylook g out at the fruit trees.

The welcome, hospitality and friendliness of the owner, Manuela (and Anita, who helps with bookings) couldn’t be faulted.

We were treated to baskets of the tastiest fruit we’ve ever had.

It is off the beaten path, 5 mins drive to nearest shop/bars/restaurants but that suited us as we were aware of that and hired a car.

Great private space and beautiful views!

Excellent value for money! Outdoor space is magnificent and the views are to die for! We stayed for 2 weeks and D Manuela, the owner,made sure we had free fresh fruit every day. The oranges are lovely and sweet! Its very quiet although you are not far from Tavira so can benefit the all the bars and restaurantes. Nearby there is a really good restaurant called "O Forno" in Sto Estevao, Excellent food and cheap too!
