4 Bedroom Townhouse on Sandy Casablanca Beach in a Superb Gated Community

Newly reformed and only recently available, this stunning, spacious and superbly well-appointed three story, four bedroom town house is in the exclusive Five Star community of Marbellamar, just a few meters from Casablanca Playa, undoubtedly one of the best beaches on Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile. Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the trendy port and charming old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club with Puerto Banús a ile or so beyond .

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Bella have use of the private community swimming pool and tennis courts. Casa Bella is within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The property has undergone extensive updating by its' new owners and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is comfortable and elegant with French doors that lead to a private west facing terrace with an elegant seating area and outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and a bath with shower over which also serves as a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area which is east facing and therefore perfect for a sunny breakfast. There is even a sea view from the kitchen!

On the first floor is a master bedroom with separate dressing area and well-appointed walk-in shower room. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom onto a Juliette balcony with sea views. Two other large and well decorated bedrooms on this floor (each with two single beds) share a family shower-room .

On the upper level is an enormous (100 m2) partially covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a bar area and BBQ and is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise (if you are awake that early!).

The property has 150 TV Channels in English, French and Swedish and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also a good selection of free movies on line and a two week catch up facility. There is fast (40mb) and free WIFI with unlimited downloads.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

The property is managed by a professional management team on behalf of the owners whose aim is to ensure that guests have the most perfect holiday. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday at Casa Bella unforgettable!

About Stephen, Karen & Emily

We look after Casa Bella for a lovely family who are currently living in America. They can't come to Marbella as often as they would like and so we have been asked to rent it for them to nice guests looking for something a little bit special.

We are a British family team and have had a home in Marbella since 1983 and we moved permanently to this magical town in 2004. We have a good knowledge of the coast and are happy to help our guests with anything they may need to make their holiday memorable.

Our Clients bought this property because of its great location which is in the middle of the Golden Mile and only a few meters from the beach and the fact that it has wonderful accommodation. It has good sized bedrooms, nice luxurious bathrooms, a good modern kitchen, and great outdoor space. Both the lower and roof terraces are very elegant, private sunny and perfect. The property has been updated and redecorated, it is fully equipped and the owners have spared no expense or cut any corners in making this a very special place to stay.

Fantastic property in an ideal location

Wonderful week with friends. Short walk to beach with friendly bar and sun bed service. Property had amazing roof terrace with fantastic views plus additional terrace to ground floor,ideal for breakfast. Apartment clean and spacious with professional attentive communication with Emily. Communal pool in complex clean & private. The only comment about the pool is the times open for use. A morning swim would have been the icing on the cake. Would love to return for future holidays.

Stunning townhouse in a perfect location

Our family stayed at Casa Bella during the Easter break. The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach and restaurants. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining break. We only used the pool on the last day of our holiday but it's a great spot to cool down after a day at the beach. Emily was a great host as always, we'll see you again in the Summer!

Immaculate villa within walking distance to everything. Great customer service!

We travelled with 3 adults and 3 young children (under 3) and we arrived late in the evening. We were met by Emily who was in communication with us from the time we landed and had turned the a/c on (lovely) and showed us around. The villa was immaculately clean and a welcome pack was provided. We really didnt need to take anything with us. Childrens gates, high chair, booster seats and travel cot, and lots of toys for pool and beach were available. There were plently of towels for bath and beach. Emily even provided electronic mosquito devices, which were a very nice gesture.

The downstairs living area was open plan and lovely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with hairdryers in all 3. Outdoor area downstairs was small and overlooked, but had plently of seating and was nice to sit out in in the morning for breakfast nonetheless. The roof terrace was private, large and a lovely area to have our evening meals or drinks. There was a little more of a view of the mountains. The roof had sun chairs and lounge chairs for some peaceful reading/sunning. The only downside to the villa was the marble stair cases, which although looked lovely were a little steep for my young children, but manageable.

The villa was a 3 minute walk to the beach which at the end of September we had to ourselves. There were plently of umbrellas and chairs to hire. The pool was just next to the beach and was clean and there were toilets/shower facilities available (again we had it to ourselves). There were no chairs available in the pool complex. Large Supermarkets were about a 5 minute walk across from the complex. Bars, restaurants, coffee/evening hang outs were all within easy walking distance along the beach promenade (about a 10-15minute easy walk). Marbella old town about 30-40minute easy walk.

The urbanisation was very quiet and felt safe at all times. The nice thing was that it is far away from the hustle, but close enough to still be able to walk everywhere or get a taxi (we never took a taxi as we enjoyed walking).

My husband plays golf and there were plently of options at all price ranges all within <1 hour drive.

From the initial contact, all communication with Stephen, Karen and Emily was quick, informative and responsive. Anything we needed was quickly organised. Emily or her network can also provide babysitting (which was a welcome bonus).

We really had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely recommend

Casa Bella - what an amazing find!

A group of friends and I stayed in Casa Bella a few weeks ago and I really can't say enough about the place. It has been recently refurbished and no detail has been overlooked - the décor and furniture are fab and there is a beautiful terrace where we relaxed and enjoyed the glorious weather. The location is great - literally two minutes to the beach and Karen and Emily our hosts were great - nothing was too much trouble for them and they allowed us a late check out on our last day which made a huge difference to us. I would highly recommend Casa Bella and can't wait to go and stay there again.

Great stay at a just renovated property

This is a gem in Marbella. We are a family of 4 and had another couple join us with their daughter and the place was spacious enough for all of us. It is furnished beautifully with lightning fast Wi-Fi and Large screen TV with all the channels you may ever need. It has a great backyard that is within the complex (quiet). The roof deck does not have a great view to the sea but has a stunning view on the mountains. It is located on a quiet street that is blocked off to the public and is walking distance to the beach as well as many great restaurants. A large grocery store is across the street. It is also very central to all activities and highways in Marbella. It is 2 min from the exit on the highway and 10 min drive from Puerto Banus. The property managers are the best i have seen. Always available and ready to cater to our needs. If it is available, Grab it!
