New Three Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment use of 3 pools. Close to 5 golf courses.

Puerto Marina is located in the typically Mediterranean village of Los Alcázares, which is a spa town, located next to the shores of the Mar Menor, boasting seven kilometers of coastline from Los Narajos to Punta Brava.

Our complex has 3 swimming pools, there are separate children's pools, as well as paved sun terraces surrounding each pool and separate garden areas which offer some shade with their palm trees.

The complex is located close to the San Javier airport (10 min), and Alicante airport is around 50 minutes away.

There is a lift in our block along with the a broad marble enclosed staircase.

Coming into the apartment you have an open plan living space which comprises of light airy lounge which is appointed to the highest standards with chic modern furnishings. Large comfortable sofa, low level designer media unit, contemporary dining table and chairs with a well equipped fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. The tranquil terrace is accessed via the french windows in the lounge or master bedroom giving views of the communal pool & sunbathing areas, as well as views of the mountains in the distance.

There are three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and decorated to the highest standard with designer light fittings.

The marble tiled family bathroom has a bath with shower over a modern bathroom suite.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with rainwater shower and also has access to the terrace via french doors facing the pool.

This luxury apartment is in a gated community with 3 communal swimming pools, garden areas and parking spaces. The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from the sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon with a sea temperature of 5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean. It is quite unknown to many people and one of Spain's best kept secrets. The mineral-rich waters of the Mar Menor is revered for its heath-giving properties and is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. The various water-sports club on the beach of Los Alcazares offer a variety of sports, such as sailing, windsurfing and diving as well as very safe bathing for young and old alike.

Walking distance from the complex, down towards the beach is a wide boulevard of bars, restaurants and shops. The restaurants offer a variety of international cuisine and cater for all ages and food intolerances. The bars offer great places to pause on your way to or from the beach and have a great atmosphere during the evening and into the night. Don't forget to say "hi" to Pascal at Costa Cafe when passing, which is one of our favourite watering holes and he does a mean quiche Lorraine!

Los Alcázares is an old fishing village, which is now center for tourism but has not lost any of its intimate character and charm. In the old town you will find many Tapas bars, beachside restaurants and a collection of local Spanish shops. You must try flamenco night at La Encarnation as well as their desayuno (breakfast) which is very reasonable.

The village and surrounding area offers all year round appeal as the area has a great variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, golf courses, along with a bus service which runs up and down the coastline of the Mar Menor. You can drive or take the bus up the coast to La Zenia and Cabo Roig, which offer fantastic shopping as well as beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean, or down the coast to the delightful ancient city of Cartagena which has interesting museums and archeological sites alongside a bustling port and designer shops.

The city of Murcia is about 20 mins drive away and is a hub of activity and gives a glimpse of the typical Spanish city way of life. The Cathedral is a must if you visit along with the cafes and bars in the various squares dotted around the city.

Mar Menor Golf, La Serena Golf, Roda Golf, La Torre Golf, Veneziola Golf and La Manga Golf courses are all within a short drive from the complex.

A contemporary modern apartment, just round the corner from the pool. The gardens are immaculately kept and very beautiful.

The weather is great and even in the winter you can be in shorts and Tshirts.

Private balcony gives you privacy to watch the world go by. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. There is also the old town within walking distance where you can try a taste of authentic Spanish tapas and bars. There are markets on Saturday and Tuesday which gives you a real sense of Spain.

There is a multitude of bars and restaurants and the staff are all friendly and for the most part speak perfect English.

This is a perfect getaway destination, apartment has the use of 3 swimming pools, its close to the beach, where various beach activities can be found including kite surfing for the sporty teenager or small parks with swings etc for young children. Close proximity to many bars and restaurants, a short stroll along the prom passing a variety of beach cafes to the old town with small streets with hidden gems of Tapas restaurants that are frequented by locals. EXCELLENT ! perfect in every way

This is our second time to stay in this apartment. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. It is spotlessly clean, has home from home comfort, and definitely the most comfortable beds of any hotel/apartment we've ever stayed in.

The apartment and complex are extremely secure, a nice walking distance both to the cafes and restaurants and also to the beautiful promenade. Location is perfect ! Our owner met us on arrival and we were secure the whole holiday in the knowledge that he was only a call away if we needed anything. The owners are friendly and very helpful and the apartment first class. We would stay again without doubt and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Excellent communication, very friendly and helpful. Our stay at this apartment was very pleasant. Everything you would need for a holiday you will find at this apartment. Located within 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants at the "525 strip" or a 20 minute walk to the many great restaurants in the Old Town, which we loved. Andrew was also on hand for any questions that we would have had, although everything in the apartment was perfect.

Overall excellent, would definitely stay again.

Superb apartment!

We have stayed at this attractive, very well looked after, clean and perfectly situated complex many times in some very good apartments. This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and it by far out shone the others. Stylish and contemporary yet comfortable and so easy to relax in. The pictures are very accurate. Our favourite area was the large balcony with dual view of the swimming pool area and to the land behind the complex - a lovely space. It was clean, fresh and you need to know that the beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in some apartments and so important. There is a bathroom and an en suite which was lovely to have when there are three bedrooms and friends staying with you.

The meet and greet was efficient and very friendly, and communication when we had a couple of queries during our stay and before and after our visit has been very good. Overall a great customer experience and superb apartment. You will not be disappointed. We would definitely book again and recommend the apartment to family and friends.

Great property, fantastic hosts!

We have just returned from two amazing weeks in this apartment and had the most fantastic holiday.

Andrew picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport as planned, the apartment being just 5 minutes from the airport! We arrived to some welcome items in the fridge and the apartment had basics like tea, coffee and sugar to get us started. It also had things like washing up liquid and soaps.

The apartment is contemporary, open plan, light, airy, and tastefully decorated throughout, a real home from home. It still has a new feel to it. It has a great sized balcony overlooking one of the pools which is accessed off both the living room and the main bedroom. The balcony is mostly in the shade during the day with a nice breeze which, although we are sun lovers, we found to be a real positive.

There are sun beds supplied for pool use.

The air conditioning is very efficient and although it is on a card meter, we only used 6 euros worth in two weeks. We found that the apartment kept cool during the daytime (and it was very hot outside!) and we only had the air conditioning on at night to keep the bedrooms slightly cooler.

It is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to all restaurants, bars and shops and then another 5 minutes to the beach.

The complex wasn't at all busy in June.

We would highly recommend this apartment and the owners Andrew and Tony were great hosts, always at the end of the phone if you need them. You really can't go wrong if you stay here!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Just returned from a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment

Thank you to Andrew the owner who was great and made us all feel really welcome.

The apartment is spacious, modern and clean in a fantastic location close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Would recommend this to small groups or families. We stayed as a group of 5 girls and all loved it.

Once again Andrew thank you so much for looking after us when we arrived, we will definitely come back again
