About the property

3 Bedroom with downstairs bathroom and upstairs toilet. Central location.

Lottie's place is situation on Main Street which is about 4 minutes walk from Seahouses centre. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double downstairs) and two singles upstairs, one has a balcony with great views. There is parking for 1 car on the drive and a further two cars directly outside the property. Our cottage is equipped to a high standard and is perfect for a relaxing break. Lottie's place is dog friendly and benefits from an enclosed large South facing back garden great for relaxing. There is also a large conservatory with dining table and adequate seating, a great area to eat meals while enjoying the view! Our cottage also has unlimited wifi for your use.

There are numerous restarants, pubs and take aways to suit all tastes. Check out their reviews on trip advisor (see separte Seahouses page). The beach is only about 10 minutes walk from the property. The area has some of the most beautiful dog friendly beaches and dunes on offer in Northumberland. You can walk all the way to Bamburgh on the beach.

We love the area and last year decided to buy in Seahouses. We decided to name the cottage after our dog who loves the beach!

Why The Owner chose North Sunderland

I wanted a quaint looking house, with parking and south facing back garden. I was looking for a property close enough to easily walk to the attractions yet in a quiet area. Lottie's place fitted the bill perfectly!

Very comfortable and well located

A spacious property with a glorious conservatory. Lottie's Place is well equipped with comfortable furniture and very comfy beds. It is located a short walk from the centre of Seahouses and has parking for one car at the front. A very pretty back garden leads to a public footpath - very useful for the early morning walk with the family pet.
