About the property

This modern I bed apartment is situated within a gated complex on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and gardens.The property has plenty of parking and usually has 24 hour security .This is a light and airy apartment consisting of a double bedroom with a super comfy bed,AC,wardrobe bedside tables and French doors leading out to a sunny balcony overlooking pool and gardens. The open plan kitchen diner and living space gives a modern and spacious feel .There is also AC and ceiling fans in the living area.There is also a tv,large fridge freezer, water filter for fresh drinking water,washing machine and fully equipped kitchen .The living room has an extra double sofa bed to accommodate either 2 children or 1 adult .

wifi and sky TV can be arranged on request at a small fee please give plenty of notice if you require either of these facilities. The shower room is spacious and the water is heated by a geazer. You can enjoy some lazy days around our pool sun beds can be provided on request .The beautiful beaches are just a 15 minute stroll away or if you want to hire cycles or a scooter I can arrange that for you .

Albert is our friendly resident taxi driver that will be happy to drive you and arrange places of interest to visit .I have lived in Goa for more than 6 years and my husband and I are still making new discoveries we can recommend good restaurants and places to visit . I am looking forward to welcoming you to Goa and helping to make your stay a memorable one .

Hi I'm lynne from the uk now living in Goa .I spend my time taking long walks or bike rides along the beautiful stretch of beach with my dog Trixie .I do quite a bit of voluntary work with the stray dogs here,I love to read and listen to music and enjoy the spiritual side of life .

Great Apartment at Imperial Gardens - Varca

This is a brilliant apartment, self catering plus plenty of eatries nearby for eat in or takeaway or deliveries to the apartment. The lady running this place (Lynne) has years of experience and wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, with respect to shopping, eating, visiting, sea side walks, organising transport etc. Lynne and Pete are extremely helpful.

This place is on the third floor and one can view marvellous sun sets from the balconies while drinking cold beer or sipping wine or cheap Goan fenny and some late evenings there is a spectacular view of the fire works display from near by Zuri White Sands resort.

There are some great little local shops in Varca that are a lot cheaper than the Benaulim resort shops, a very local experience.

Varca is a non tourist village ,a true Goan experience.tourist areas are near by .hire a scooter to get out and about for site seeing and visite the remote fishing villages .
