An absolutely stunning property on the Amalfi coast with a view to match!!
Renting this property was a delight. Communication with the owner, Olimpia, was via email and was easy and almost instantaneous.
Our party were four adults and 2 children and stayed during the last week of May 2019.
The property itself is no more than a 4 minute drive from Massa Lubrense where there are two grocery shops as well as regular bus services to Sorrento.
Olimpia and her family couldn't have been more accommodating, they met our hire car on the main road to guide us to the property, they helped carry all of our bags up to the property, there was a hamper with essential food left for us as we had arrived on a Sunday and Olimpia's mother even baked us a delicious Apple cake during our stay.
Olimpia's mother would also have cooked us a four course dinner but sadly we couldn't squeeze this in. Having tasted her baking though I would greatly recommend this If you can.
The apartment itself is stunning, the view of Capri from the terrace and master bedroom is nothing short of amazing.
The apartment is finished to a very high standard and was very comfortable for the 6 of us.
The kids loved the pool and also the hammock in the garden which has lemon and olive trees.
My wife loved sitting in the 'egg chair' gazing at Capri so much that she has bought her own egg chair.
It's a great place to stay if you want a base for seeing Sorrento and the Amalfi coast or even if you just want to soak up that view of Capri!
I can't recommend the property enough, it was perfect for us and Olimpia and her family were extremely helpful.
Olimpia was even able to arrange a day trip to Capri that included pick up and drop off from the apartment!
