Superb very comfortable apartment on the beach in Del Arenal Bol not possible to be closer to the sea! Close to shops and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Perfect for do not move the car for the entire stay! Magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, the symbol of the Costa Blanca. Fully equipped apartment for a pleasant stay! Best view ever!!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment itself was great for the 4 of us...but the balcony and the view was amazing!! You just couldn’t have been any closer to the beach which is what makes this flat really special...we didn’t want to leave! It is well equipped and very clean and also very secure as has a security gate on the way in. Cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep and the nearest shop for provisions is also very close by. We ate out, but if you wanted to eat in the kitchen is very well equipped. We didn’t meet Alain the host, but he telephoned us soon after arrival to check everything was ok which was a nice touch. Would we visit again? Yes, definitely!!

Great holiday

The apartment is perfectly situated facing the sea and only a 2 minute walk to get there, all you need is in the apartment and the owner is very helpful. We had the best time!

Excellent apartment in a superb location

We spent Christmas and new Year in the apartment which is very well equipped. There is only the pedestrian only promenade between the building and the beach. The balcony is fitted with sliding glass doors which mean that we could sit out on the balcony when it was cooler in the evenings. The owner and manager were very helpful, not that we had much cause to contact them as we had no problems. There are loads of restaurants nearby and convenient supermarkets.

Fantastic apartment & location

This apartment block is possibly the best situated in Calpe; it overlooks the beach, is at the beginning of the beautiful promenade, is very convenient for the shops and the old town and there is no traffic noise...just the relaxing sound of the sea. The apartment itself is lovely and was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable(we have found this to be rare in Spainish accommodation). The kitchen is very well equipped with a good sized fridge/freezer and lots of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses. The lounge is a good size with lovely new furniture. The balcony is a good size and perfect for a post-beach drink. It was great that there were sun loungers and parasols to take down to the beach. I must also mention how lovely Alain, the owner, is....very helpful and informative and always replied to my emails very promptly. We will definitely return!

Good flat in a great location in Calpe

The flat is located right on the beach in Calpe with a great view over the beach life both day and night. Both the owner and his representatives on location are very friendly and helpful. The flat was very clean and to our pleasant surprise there were sun beds, chairs and parasol for our use at the beach. The flat was a great place for the three of us. Since we neither understand France nor Spanish a English speaking tv-channels would have been great, but that is a minor thing. We would recommend this flat.

We are a couple 58 and 59 years old not already retired and still very active. We enjoy going to rest in Calpe and also enjoy the exceptional climate.
We have three children (one girl and two boys) of 29, 27 and 25 year old.

Why they chose this property

For this wonderful view of the sea. In the apartment we have the impression of being on a boat as on the terrace or in the living room we see only water.
This part of Calpe is also very pleasant because there are many Spanish peoples because we are in the city.
The terrace is sunny from the morning to the evening and so we can eat all year round, even in December and January !!!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located on the beach and near to the center of all shops, stores, restaurants etc ...
The sea and beach are perfect for families and children: shallow sea, warm and clear water and fine sand. The sea is shallow so it's perfect for children.
