Luxuriously Furnished, Brand New 2 Bed Townhouse, Located on Phase 2, Wifi Pool

We have recently purchased this brand new townhouse located on Phase 2 of the 5 Star Roda Golf resort. Everything in the property is brand new and we have spared no expense furnishing it to the highest standards to ensure you will have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is a luxuriously appointed 2 Bedroom townhouse located on Phase 2 of the Roda Golf development. It is a short distance from the golf course, club house and sports facilities. The property has the use of 2 communal swimming pools, has off road parking, full air conditioning and wifi. There is a widescreen smart TV with English channels, and DVD player. There are several kids play areas on site as well as walking/jogging paths. The property is approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the local supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. There is 24 hour gated security access and the resort is extremely safe for children.

The Roda Golf and Beach resort is a high class resort which is centred around a stunning golf course. The Roda Golf Course was designed by Dave Thomas, a prestigious world famous designer, to exceed the highest quality standards. There is an onsite PGA Academy, Pro Shop and Club House. The Club House serves excellent food and drinks and has fantastic views over the golf course.

The resort is just one mile away from the Mar Menor, a unique natural setting with calm, shallow waters, Roda Golf & Beach Resort opens its gates in a region blessed with more than 157 miles of Mediterranean beaches and almost 300 days of sunshine a year, all with an average temperature of 21ºC.

The house is in a fabulous location on Phase 2 of the Roda Golf resort and is only a short walk to the Clubhouse and main entrance.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort is in San Javier (Murcia) 1,5km from the beaches of the Mar Menor, and 5km from the San Javier (Murcia) airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport. With direct access from the resort to the motorway (AP7).

The Mar Menor with its beautiful, sandy beaches and safe family friendly, shallow waters is only a couple of kilometres from the house. There are many blue flag beaches in the area. Our personal favourite is the Los Narejos beach and the Spinosa bar which is located right on the seafront. The beaches at Los Alcazares and Los Najeros are a 20-minute walk, or 5-minute drive. Within two minutes drive or 10 minutes walk there are a number of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There are a large number of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes located approx 15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive. There is every type of cuisine you could wish to sample a short distance from the resort, but there is always the on site Club House which provides excellent food and beverages overlooking the golf course.

There are many cultural sights and shopping in the city off Cartagena, the city has a fantastic port and marina which is great for a lazy afternoon walk whilst sampling the local cuisine. There is also a large shopping mall and retail complex located at Cartegena and the Dos Mares shopping mall is only a 10 minute drive from the resort.

The theme park at Terra Mitica, and Terra Natura Zoo are great days out and are approximately 1.5hrs drive. The cycling in the areas is fantastic and I would highly recommend the Sierra Espuna area for some stunning scenery and challenging climbs, there are sports for everyone including, fishing, cycling, water sports, sailing, diving running and walking, and you are spoiled for choice for golf courses in the area.

We have stayed in many resorts around the area and Roda was the only one we wanted to purchase on. It really does have everything that you need to enjoy a great holiday!

Why Mark and Amanda Egan chose San Javier

We feel that we have gone the extra mile to furnish the property to an high standard. We also consider that the location of the property is excellent for all the facilities on the resort as some of the other properties are some distance away from the centre. There is private off road parking which is great as parking on the resort can be difficult in the summer months, but you wouldn't need to worry about that! There are 2 communal pools you can use in close proximity to the property, the property is not overlooking a pool, as we preferred to have the peace and quiet of a private garden and sun terrace as sometimes the pools can be noisy!! There are beautiful views across the golf course and resort from the master bedroom.

Property on Phase II at Roda Golf

We had a fabulous stay at Roda Golf and Mark Egan's property was the perfect base for my family. The property was clean and well maintained and had wifi, which was a big plus for all the family, particularly to give them a break from the very warm afternoon sun. The property was conveniently located for two pools which the children enjoyed, and a short walk to the club house and Roda's golf course. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay at Roda Golf.

An additional Cleaning fee of £50 will be charged. This will be billed 2 weeks prior to your stay. We will pay this direct to the cleaner.

A £15 credit (per week) will be added to the air conditioning system. Should additional credit be required this can be purchased locally as detailed in the information pack.

Wi-Fi is included within the rental price as is all electric, gas and water.

We have furnished the property to a high standard and politely request that you treat the holiday home with the same care that you would your own home.
