Beautiful newly renovated apartment with stunning views and a large south facing balcony with table and chairs from which to enjoy them.

King sized bed.

Ample hanging and drawer space.

Fully fitted well stocked kitchen, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, freezer, BBQ for use in your own area of the garden, a beautiful orchard.

We do have very friendly dogs and cats on site. Any worries and we will ensure they stay away from you.

Lounge area with T.V., DVD player and free view satellite tv.

Electric tram from Ramsey via Laxey to Douglas. Mountain railway to the top of Snaefell and steam train from Douglas to Port Erin in the South.

beautiful apartment/views and blissfully peaceful.

thoroughly enjoyed staying at "Close Vark" The views are glorious and i wish we could have had more time just to sit on the decking watching the swallows nesting as they seemed oblivious to humans and also take in the superb views, TT races dictated! Highly recommend this contemporary pleasantly furnished apartment; the bed is very comfortable and all home comforts there. Hope to return. many thanks lisa & Bill for a most pleasant stay and thanks for the provisions on arrival.

Lovely stay in quality flat , in quiet part of Island.

Booking made very easy. Communication with owner made very simple and prompt replies. Property was clean and well cared for. Amenities were all present as stated in the accurate description. Layout of property well thought of and of quality build. If you like a powerful shower you wont be disappointed.The property is set in quiet countryside with stunning views towards Snaefell. Communications with owners whilst there could not have been better , nothing was too much trouble. In all a quality property set in lovely area on a lovely Island. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely holiday stay. If we come back to the IOM we will stay again.

Tranquilo y muy acogedor

Para una estancia lejos del bullicio y estrés no hay mejor lugar. Sólo se escuchan los pájaros.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea como estar en tu propia casa. La finca es preciosa por el entorno y vistas que tiene. Las fotografías son exactamente como es la propiedad.

Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos. Responden con rapidez a las cuestiones y ofrecen todo lo que se pueda necesitar.

En resumen: excelente
