Conveniently located in desirable area close to historical Tavira / Cabanas and Benamour golf course. Gracefully renovated Algarvian farm house with picturesque south facing countryside views. Comfortable, happy, spacious feel - pleasing setting.

The farm house nestled into a gently sloping hill overlooking a valley towards Tavira, surrounded by mature Olive, Carob and fig trees - the scent of orange blossom from the orchard below.

Rustic living with luxury of modern comfort set in typical Algarve farmhouse. Plenty of space for guests to find their own niche. Al fresco areas in the sun or shade. The property has a pool and the house, including all three bedrooms, open onto a terrace and pool with appealing south facing views.

Open plan dining and kitchen (fully equipped) leading into a spacious summer lounge which opens up onto a pergola covered outside dinning area - barbecue area conveniently situated amongst this interconnected space.

All 3 bedrooms (air conditioned) are adjacent and front onto the south facing outside space. -One bedroom is connected to the living area; -While the other 2 bedrooms have their own separate entrances (PLEASE NOTE WITH FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.


Private swimming pool, sun terraces, porticos, pergolas and natural tree shade - with sun loungers, chairs and tables and day bed.

We loved our stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very relaxing. Good beds. Great kitchen. Great showers and nice bathrooms. The home was well appointed. We would come back. We loved the outside sitting areas. The host was fantastic. Very close driving distance to the town, yet it felt in the country. Large enough for our group of five to have our own private rooms and private spaces outside and inside the home. Easy parking. Very private location. Fireplace was a nice addition and work well. Highly recommend.

Good quality large villa. Beautiful rural location but close to amenities town and beaches.

The villa was as described on the website and the owners could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. Arriving late after flight and car hire delays we were welcomed personally and shown around the villa. There was a welcome basket of goodies, so we didn't need to worry about shopping on the first night. The layout of the villa suited our young adult children as the separate access to their bedrooms meant they had their own private space while the amount of communal areas inside and outside meant we had family space as well. The villa was very well equipped and everything worked. The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable. The owners Rory and Diah were available throughout our stay to answer any queries but were in no way intrusive and they offered good advice about local amenities. Some rural locations come with quite a lot of sounds of the country ( dogs and goats ) but this villa was genuinely quiet . We wanted a relaxing place to stay and this villa delivered.
