It is all exactly as advertised

This is a two bedroomed apartment on the first floor, with a large balcony. It is 200 metres from the lovely beach at Pontaillac and close to several cafes and restaurants. There is a lift to the apartment for anyone with disabilities.

The apartment is well furnished and appointed, and everything works. The main bed is firm and very comfortable.

It is just over a mile along the main road into Royan, which we found was walkable in the evenings, giving an even greater choice of restaurants.

We both loved the apartment and the area. I recommend, and may well be back myself next year.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement tout confort, aménagements de qualité, documentations touristiques et pratiques, dans belle résidence calme avec grande piscine sécurisée et bien tenue, parking extérieur à l'ombre. Situation privilégiée à 4 mn à pied de la plage de Royan-Pontaillac, de ses commerces, mini-golf et restaurants. Notre famille y a passé 3 semaines très agréables et nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent séjour

Appartement situé dans une résidence très calme et proche de tout: plage et commerces à proximité. Excellent pour décompresser et ne pas être obligé de prendre son véhicule. Le parking arboré est un plus !

un excellent séjour

nous sommes des habitués de Pontaillac et vraiment je conseil cet appartement . idéalement situé , dans un quartier résidentiel très calme . Appartement très bien entretenu très propre tout a disposition des locataires , un accueil chaleureux . Nous avons 2 enfants en bas ages et ils ont vraiment appréciés le faite d 'avoir chacun leur lit

un excellent rapport qualité prix

nous y retournerons sans aucuns problèmes
