2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment with good views, free wifi & Beach Towels inc

A spacious 2 Bed, 1 Bath apartment on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view of the driving range, mountains, and on a clear day.. La Manga.

The apartment has an underground parking facility which is practically next door to the lift for all of those heavy suitcases.

A very short walk of around 1 minute and your at the pool, We are very lucky to have one of the larger pools close by, there is a "paddling pool" or 0.4m depth (shown in pictures) , and it is separated from the deep water with individual stepping stones, The main pool enters the water via main steps into 1.0m of water, the depth gradually increases going to 1.6m at its deepest. If the pool isnt for you , why not relax in the independent bubble pool, 1.0m at its deepest (the floor not the seating area)

Property consists of kitchen, dining / living room with sofa bed, a good sized family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower (with glass panel), two double bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), and a balcony, and there is free wifi for all users

We have kept some of our personal belongings available to make the apartment more enjoyable for everyone, this includes a sound system (suitable for an Ipad , or an older generation iPhone - to use this with an IPhone 5 or later you will need to bring an adapter (available from apple), we have left a few games including Mr & Mrs, Scrabble, 5 Second Rule, and Yahtzee (there are currently no score cards), we have some coloring pencils and books / paper for younger children, along with some outdoor toys to use, (x2 beach ball, x2 bat and ball sets, boules, water guns, buckets and spades).

There is also a large beach bag to use during your stay free of charge, along with a fold up picnic blanket and 4 fold up chairs for poolside use. Beach towels are available for use (these are also used by us when we go over)

The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 5 if there are children, if it is an adults only booking we will not accept any more than 4. If the number of guests attending differs from that on the booking request form a fee of £30 per additional person will be taken from the security deposit.

Additional Costs and Options

* Cleaning fee of €80 paid direct to the cleaner (Claire) this MUST be paid on arrival during the handover of the keys - this also includes the meet and greet fee.

* Welcome packs can be arranged cost varies depending on items, shopping will be left in the apartment along with a receipt for payment.

* Airport transfers can be arranged priced at €25 each way from San Javier and €85 each way from Alicante

* Travel Cot and high chair are available upon request for €10 per week for each item

For me personally, I love the friendliness of Murcia, the people are always smiling - the Sun is an added bonus too!

My children love been out here, the choice of pools is amazing and you can always enjoy the peace and tranquility if you come out of peak season.

Scott loves the roads , and how ideal they are for biking. Murcia is great for those team training camps!

A comfortable apartment with lovely balcony views over the golf course and to the hills beyond.

La Torre Golf resort is a smart well developed facility with good and easy access to the coast and to San Javier Airport. Visitors can use the numerous pools on the site. There is a well stocked supermarket on site which makes for easy access for supplies 7 days a week. There is a great deal to see and do around the area but unless you intend staying on site a hire car is essential. We are regular visitors to the area and never tire of it. Over the years we have stayed in different locations in the region but this is a development and apartment that we intend to return to. Arrangements with the owner were prompt helpful and problem free.

Great wee apartment in a great location

This was our second visit to this apartment and like the first time we had a great time. We (2 adults and 3 kids young kids) went for 4 weeks and just love La Torre. It is quiet but we like it that way. Having said that, this year was significantly busier than last year. Possibly because the hotel is opening up soon.

The nearest pool (there are about 15 in total) is the best in our opinion.

I loved the golf course and also played some in the area. My wife loved the fitness classes that are on in the mornings.

You do need a car in our opinion if to want to out and about. While the spar on site is well stocked, it is cheaper to go to the supermarket in San Javier.

The apartment is well stocked and immaculately clean. Scott is also great to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here

It was exactly as we needed it. Peace and quiet in a picturesque setting. A comfortable, well appointed apartment. We spent a terrific month here away from the harsh winter at home -- perfect for our needs and exactly as we had been looking for. We will definitely return.

Great apartment

We visited La Torre to finalise the purchase of a villa. La Torre is very quiet in late December...The apartment was as advertised, very clean, great location and fantastic view of the golf course.

Second time in the apartment and just as nice

As with our first stay we had no problems and found the apartment well equipped and comfortable. My dealings with the owner were quick and easy too. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and the area around La Torre is lovely too.

The apartment was very good , clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed . The only disappointing thing was the limited choice of bars and resturants open at the resort .Your do really need a car to go out and about. My favourite part of the stay was going down to the pool at sunset for a swim , the pool was fantastic and I'm surprised that most days I was the only one there.Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the apartment for anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful holiday , although there are plenty of bars and resturants only 15 minutes drive away .
