Home from home spacious apartment in Buckhurst Hill, comfortably accommodates 6+

Wentworth Court is a beautifully spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom fully furnished holiday let apartment which comfortably sleeps four. Additional guests can be accommodated utilizing the large comfortable sofa or fold out camp beds. Please enquire with your exact requirements.

The apartment is located within a quiet residential block of 6 flats in leafy Buckhurst Hill and is only a 2 minute walk to Buckhurst Hill London Underground station which is on the Central Line. The beautiful Queens Road High Street is only a 2 min walk away which has a Waitrose supermarket and also a lovely selection of restaurants and cafes. Knighton Woods and Epping Forest are both within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed via a lift if preferred. Dedicated parking for one car is available.

Living accommodation contains open plan lounge which includes one large L shaped leather sofa and additional leather sofa which are both comfortable to sleep on. There is a flat screen TV/DVD player and lots of books and games for guests to use plus a desk area complete a printer.

The well appointed kitchen is complete with integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen work surfaces are marble. There is a large dining area with a table which accommodates 6+ people which leads out to a large balcony.

The master bedroom is en-suite (shower/toilet) with a double Ottoman bed which stores additional fold out beds/travel cot, either of which can be used in the room itself as there is more than enough space. There is a small TV/DVD player. This room also leads out to its own balcony.

Bedroom No. 2 is also extremely spacious and has a king sized bed which can be divided into two separate single beds depending on guests preference.

There is also a family bathroom containing bath/shower, toilet.

I have tried hard to make Wentworth Court a home from home and it contains everything a family would need for aan enjoyable and convenient temporary stay.

Why Sarah chose Buckhurst Hill

Guests love my spacious and comfortable apartment which is fully equipped with everything you might need for a temporary stay. It is tastefully furnished and cosy and warm in the winter. Dedicated off street parking is a real bonus but being within a 2 min walk of Buckhurst Hill London Underground station and a 3 min walk to a fantastic Waitrose Supermarket makes this a very convenient place to stay.

What makes this apartment unique

My guests enjoy the spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room and that the apartment has everything you need for a temporary stay. Dedicated parking. Close to the lovely Queens Road in Buckhurst Hill with nice cafes and restaurants and a relaxing 'out of town' feel but with the benefit of being close to a London Underground station (Central Line) which has step free access on to the station platform.

Spacious, quiet and relaxing

To start with Sarah is friendly and on the ball. Always pleaeant, helpful and easy to contact. The apartment is spacious and well furnished with a full kitchen and two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. We found most things needed for a relaxing and convenient stay were to hand in a nice quite environment even including plenty of games and books to local shops, restaurants and railway station being close by. Surprised how quickly I could get to central London by tube and to local major road connections by car. A very convenient base to explore London and surrounding tourist attractions or to strike out to the countryside. The one disappointment was the TV was Freeview only, although has DVD player and wide selection of DVDs. In all other respects we found it an excellent place to spend three weeks whilst our house repairs were done. Thanks Sarah.

Fantastic layout and great finish are the headlines, however off road parking and great security complete the story without the need to mention proximity (walking distance) to central line, waitrose, Epping forest and great resturants.

Lovely property, great location.

The flat has everything you will need for a short or not so short stay. Great location 5 minutes from the tube and 25 minutes into Central London. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and and superb supermarket and access to the lovely and historical Epping Forest.

Definitely recommend the property.

Excellent apartment in Epping

Everything was excellent, the apartment is easily within walking distance of the train which is on the Central line. Sarah was very accommodating of our various wills, wants and needs as well :-)

Buckhurst Hill is a leafy suburb on the London/Essex border. Epping Forest is on our doorstep but central London is easily accessible via the Central Line at Buckhurst Hill London Underground station only a 2 min walk away. The Central Line also now runs all night at weekends and Buckhurst Hill station now has step free access on to the station platform. It is an easy commute to Stratford International and Westfield Shopping Centre/Olympic Park, the City of London and the West End.
