Magnifique vue!

Magnifique vue!! Appartement tout neuf et bien équipé. Attention aux suppléments pour le ménage et les linges de maison cependant et ce n'est pas le bon endroit si vous souhaitez faire la grasse matinée au calme (salle d'attente d'un cabinet juste à côté). Mais pour le reste c'était parfait, bon compromis prix/localisation!

Sejour d'été à olmeto

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. La vue depuis le balcon est plus qu'appréciable. Nous avons passé un exellent séjour grâce aux précieux conseils de Lucie. Je recommande vivement cette location!

POSIZIONE E VISTA INCANTEVOLE , MA...........

Ubicazione della casa in un paese molto carino e di facile accesso.La vista da ogni parte della casa incantevole sia sulle montagne che sul golfo di Valinco. Casa funzionale per quanto riguarda attrezzatura da cucina ed elettrodomestici,bagno grande con doccia grande , ricordatevi il phon , perchè non è in dotazione,l'illuminazione è ottima in tutta la casa, a parte sul balcone che non ha luci .Prese di corrente ovunque.Frigorifero un po' piccolo .Note dolenti : per accedere alla porta di casa si passa dalla porta di ingresso di uno studio medico sempre pieno di gente, sul balcone ci sono 2 unita' esterne dell'aria condizionata dello studio medico e del vicino di sotto,rendendolo non sempre un posto fruibile,sia per l'aria calda che emettono sia per il rumore. Il divano letto detto clic/clac non e' comodo,secondo me la struttura è usurata e rovinata, anche le dimensioni della larghezza sono da una piazza e mezza,inoltre come ti muovi cigola,per due è inadatto ed esasperante ! .Se fa caldo, con alte temperature ,la casa si scalda molto,il sole la bacia fin dalle 7 della mattina.In una ventina di minuti si arriva a delle spiagge bellissime !!! Un macellaio / mini market in paese e un panettiere ti risparmia di andare a Propriano nei grandi congestionati supermercati . Peccato,con un vero letto sarebbe stato meglio !!!
