Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bathroom, Sunny Patio Apartment in Residential Duquesa

From our South facing patio you can just see the sea. More importantly, from the patio and the lounge, you can sit and enjoy the view of people strolling through the local community area, watch the birds flying down from the Andalusian hills and reflect on a perfect day with a glass of your favourite drink, as you watch the sun setting.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, beach, bus stop. At Puerto de la Duquesa you can hire a boat/yacht or go fishing. There are also 3 local golf courses.

You can go North to the town of Estepona, West into the mountains and countryside, or south to Sotogrande and Gibraltar. You can also catch a ferry to Morocco.

Unlike many other apartments, we actually live here in the winter so we have made it as comfortable as possible for you. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the little touches made to ensure you can live as you would at home. The lounge has TV with access to UK stations and the kitchen/utility room has a full range of equipment, grocery and utensils.

It is a modern apartment, with air conditioning/heating, plenty of electrical sockets (Continental 2pin, and UK 3 pin). The broadband service is fibre optic, so you can still do some work or go on social media and tell all your family and friends what a great time you are having.

Better still, you can SKYPE or What’s App them so they can see how well you are.

Why Trevor and Pauline Andrews chose San Luis de Sabinillas

We rented the property ourselves and fell in love with it, so we bought it. Its location is idyllic. It is in a quieter part of the town by the surrounding hills. Yet in a very short time you can be sunbathing on the local beach, watching the sailors in the local marina, touring the local wine museum, cycling on the local cycle paths, photographing the eagles in the local mountains.

What makes this apartment unique

It is one of the few apartments to face south and having nothing in front of it, apart from the views of the hills and the sun setting.

It is a first floor apartment so has a larger patio than similar 2nd and Penthouse apartments. The lift outside is also shared with only the other 7 apartments and not the whole block as in many other properties.

We also have the latest fibre optic broadband (300MB Synch) so if you want to work or video conference (SKYPE) the family it is no problem.

We are one of the few apartments with a storage room so you can keep your cases or golf clubs out of the way. Oh, there are also some other bits and pieces like bats and balls, rubber ring and water bed if you feel like reliving your childhood (smile).
