About the property

Tigh Na Drochit is a stunning, detached house set in 2 acres of woodland gardens in Little Garve.

There are five bedrooms, including two twins, two doubles and one king-size, all with en-suite shower rooms. Tigh na Drochit can sleep ten people, in addition we also have an infant cot and a travel cot. The house also includes a ground floor bathroom boasting a sauna, a kitchen with dining and lounge area with a wood burning stove, utility/boot room, games/play room and a sitting room with views over the Wades bridge and to the hills in the back ground.

The house has a private drive with a parking for several vehicles. Tigh na Drochit sits in a great location for discovering the spectacular Scottish Highlands, and is a perfect, luxurious base to return to with friends and family after a busy day exploring.

Tigh na Drochit is a great location for walking with Ben Wyvis within a 5 minute drive and many other Munro's to be found locally, it also has forest walks on the door step along the scenic Black Water river with trout fishing available, it is within easy traveling distance for visiting Ullapool, going west or taking part in the North Coast 500.

Inverness can be found 30 minutes to the south and Loch Ness a further short drive away.

Wonderful house

Our family group of 8 adults had a very enjoyable stay in this amazing house. The location next to a forest park with walking trails is picturesque and very peaceful. The house is very well equipped and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing house, beautiful location, very well equipped

We will come back to this house for sure. Lovely setting, has everything we needed. Photos on the website really do not do this property justice.

We will try to come back for a longer break next time to fully appreciate the house, and to make the most of the location and spend more time in the surrounding area. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those with kids, or large groups.

Grandiose Unterkunft

Das gesamte Haus ist modern und stilvoll mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir fanden zur Begrüßung einen Korb mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten vor. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Außenanlage war ebenso toll. Wenn wir noch mal wiederkommen, dann ist diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl.
