Comfortable; clean but over priced, lack of clock, oven and table + chairs

  • 1 of 5

The flat was clean, however it was small, there was NO KITCHEN TABLE AND CHAIRS as in the PICTURE.

Despite the location and time of the year, it was over priced and very expensive. I noted the area being quiet and Llandudno was not heavy in demand so it was disappointing that the apartment was overpriced. It is rather small and whilst nicely furnished it is not at all luxurious.

The furniture appeared to be cheap and the bed and sofas were not that comfortable. The lighting seems to be on the cheap. Coffee / team was not even provided for. Even the bin bags were thin and small, everything seems to be done to budget adn for the price paid I was expecting better lighting, table and chairs, a bigger flat etc.

There area as said is NOT in such high demand. There is plenty self-catering available in the area this time of the year. IT IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE.

Owner's Response: Dear Guests In response to this review I would ask you please to check the other feedback concerning our property. On the first point there is a brand new table and chairs in the living room? And as stated in our advert a new microwave oven Secondly our prices are comparable with all the similar self-contained apartments in the area and my wife and I have told the apartment is of the highest quality. All the furniture in the apartment is brand new the lighting is modern and totally adequate and bright and the size of the apartment is clearly stated in the advertisement. We always supply tea, milk, and sugar for our clients. I wish to point out that the client contacted me and asked if he could arrive one night early due to the train strike. We ensured the property was ready and due to his predicament we charged the gentleman less than the stated daily price for his extra nights stay. As you can imagine our major costs are due to utility bills and yet when the client left the property he had left every one of the radiators turned on full. He also left his uneaten food and rotting fruit strew all over the kitchen workshop, on the dining table and in both fridges and he had not even taken the trouble to empty the bin. Please judge for yourselves.

Cosy and Clean

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is ideal for two people and is equipped with all you could wish for. The heating was instant at any time of day. Which, as an early riser, was very welcome. A previous tenant said it was small but cosy is a more accurate word. The only squeeze was by the bed on the radiator side but not a hardship. As for cleanliness it was perfect, all done to a very high standard. Parking is a problem but not insurmountable.

Its just about okay

  • 3 of 5

The rooms are quite small, but you can manage if you are just a couple of people. But most importantly, parking is a problem. Even though they advertised that parking is available, you have to look for road side parking which is very difficult to get. Every time we had to park around 300-400 metres away and walk to the apartment.

Owner's Response: As you can see from our other reviews all our kind customers have rated us 5 star Nowhere on our site does it say we provide parking and we state that parking is free in the local area. The apartment is advertised as small and is reflected in the price. Thank you for reading our response
