The recently built villa is located in the commune of Pennes-Mirabeau in Pays d'Aix. Its privileged geographical position, will allow you to discover without long journeys, the main places typical of our region.
We are less than half an hour from the TGV station, and Marseille-Provence airport, Aix en Provence center and Marseille center.
Many walking trails are close to the house.
Cleaning deposit 100 € will be returned if cleaning is done.

La villa correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour au calme en se détendant au bord de la piscine. C'était un super emplacement où séjourner pour partir à la découverte des villes et des sites d'intérêt à visiter tout en alternat la farniente à la villa.. Nous y sommes allés avec ma famille italienne, tout a bien fonctionné pour nous tous. Le propriétaire était réactif dès que nous le sollicitions. Nous y retournerons très vraisemblablement. Natalia
