A delightful apartment Spacious well laid out and close to all amenities

I stayed there from 4th January to 4th April to avoid the U.K.winter The apartment was not far from Plaza de Merced with lots of bars and restaurants Only a short walk to the supermarket with a bakery and smaller shops even closer The centre of Malaga and the port are just a short distance away Maybe 10 or 15 minutes walk Very convenient for all the joys of a major city without any of the drawbacks The apartment is well maintaned and furnished to a high standard Malga is an ideal city to stay and explore the Costa del Sol with excellent train and buses to get around

Location, Location, Location

This apt. is ideally located --within 4 minutes' walk of Plaza de la Merced, where there is the excellent language school, Instituto Picasso, where I studied for three weeks in Dec. 2016. Apt. is near Malaga university, but in a quiet neighborhood, only 2 minutes' walk from the Teatro Cervantes, 1 minute walk from a good bakery, and within 10 min. walk to the historic center of Malaga and sightseeing, and a few minutes more to the marina area. Everything in this corner apt. was clean, and well maintained, with ample linens, and kitchen appliances, an electric stove, washing machine, etc., as advertised. The owner met me upon arrival, and was extremely helpful. Safety was provided by a locked entry gate to the building. There are steps leading to the apt. complex (a modern group of buildings), but an elevator is within the apt. building itself. A rooftop terrace offers opportunity for private relaxing in the sun, and for clothes drying. Overall, the apt. is private, bright, with good storage, reading lights (rare in rental apartments), and a comfortable bed. This is a true bargain--near everything within a short walk (restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, a movie theater, shopping), with enough space for a long-term stay, and ideal for those studying at Instituto Picasso. Wi-Fi was fast and strong, the best I have encountered in Europe. The apt. overlooked a pleasant plaza. I extend a sincere thank-you to the owner, and best wishes for the New Year.

Great stay at an excellent apartment in Malaga

The apartment was perfect for my extended stay in Malaga in the autumn of 2016. It was clean, provided with all the necessary appliances, furniture, bedding, towels, cutlery and so forth, and only 10-20 minutes walk to the Old Town of the city and its many attractions, and beach. It was also only 30 minutes walk to the main train and bus stations, giving easy travel on Spain's excellent public and private transport systems to many other of Andalucia's historic cities and towns such as Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Mijas (I also did a day trip to Gibraltar). For airport transfers there is a convenient bus stop only 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

Sue's apartment is a great place to stay in Malaga, is very wll located and perfect for a short or long stay. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect :)

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and in perfect condition. Sue, the owner, was there to meet me in person upon arrival and she made sure I had everything I needed. Throughout my stay, she also text me a couple of times to check if everything was OK.

The apartment is right in the city centre, next to all of the main attractions and surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés. It's also 20mins (walking) away from the beach and well connected by bus to all the other areas of Málaga. It has all the amenities (towels, sheets, hangers, cooking utensils, hair dryer, iron, A/C, etc) and the internet connection is fast.

All in all, I was very pleased with my stay and wish I could've stayed longer!

City Apartment

A lovely private and well presented city apartment in the heart of fabulous Malaga city. Great location with easy walk to markets, waterfront and city centre shops, bars and restaurants. We had a perfect short break here and would recommend this apartment with a great outlook onto the square.

Delightful property

A cosy, trendy apartment right in the centre of town, but in a quiet square. All the main Malaga attractions were within walking distance. A short drive from the airport makes sense of nipping over even for a weekend!!! We will definitely be booking this apartment again.
