South facing two bedroom property in close proximity to the Lizard Peninsula. Plenty of outside space to relax. Only a short drive to Mullion Cove, The Lizard, Roskilly's Ice-cream, Flambards and many other attractions. Pet friendly accommodation. The Lizard Peninsula with its dramatic coastline has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, close by there are sandy beaches, the South West coastal footpath and the magnificent sailing waters of the Helford River are within easy reach. The Lizard village itself is a short drive away and has a range of amenities that include a post office, food stores, and butchers and there are also a number of well regarded public houses and restaurants. The property has one double bed and two single beds along shower room and kitchen.

Everything you need for a stress-free break - and more

Such a well-appointed place. Very attractive decor, with no expense spared. Spotlessly clean, and boasting a lovely new shower room. Had every amenity needed, with extras including outside ratten table and chairs, and a superb stone BBQ. Bed was so comfortable

So peaceful and quiet, but not too far from all the attractions that Cornwall has to offer.

Will definitely be booking again this year if it's free. (Stayed 03 - 08 May '18)

Lovely holiday home

Very pleased with the holiday home. Biscuits a lovely touch. Just a shame the BBQ is missing. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

Perfect base!

Had a lovely stay visiting friends in Mullion, accommodation was perfect for us with two small children. The little extra touches was brilliant such as the coffee and shortbread. Also the fact the blind cord in the girls bedroom was attached to the wall really put my mind at ease. We will definitely return! Thank you

Our February adventure

We have a wonderful time on our February Lizard adventure. My family, including, Socks the dog, found the perfect base at No36.

The accommodation was modern & fresh and all appliances were easy to use.

The owners and caretaker are approachable and friendly.

We would recommend to friends and are likely to use ourselves again.

Lovely place, loved the accommodation

We stay here just after Christmas, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy to book, owners were fab, place was clean and tidy with all the amenities you needed, local pub and beach were amazing! If our journey wasn't 7 hours away we would be back again!
