One bedroom garden apartment with large private garden filled with fruit trees, lavender, rosemary, oleander and more. Mountain views, private pool and off road parking. The apartment is very tranquil and private, the rest of the property is unoccupied when the apartment is booked to ensure privacy.

Timber floored bedroom with new for 2018 king size bed. Also new for 2018, ensuite bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, basin on rustic console table and heated towel rail. Separate w.c. with basin and heated towel rail.

Complimentary natural bathroom products by Bramley.

Very spacious timber floored lounge with large retractable sliding glass doors with views over the private pool (open May to September) and mountains beyond

About Nigel

We are a family of 5 from Stratford upon Avon who have been visiting France for over 20 years and fell in love with this area of the Pyrenees Orientales 14 years ago when we decided to purchase a holiday home in the nearby market town of Ceret. Having visited Collioure regularly on our holidays to Ceret we decided Collioure was the perfect location for the family as they grew up as it offered easy access to the beaches and amenities without the need for a car.

We worked with a local architect who helped us design a property to suit our family's needs and we have poured all of our time and hearts over the last three years into creating a beautiful homely space in a stunning location.

This location offers so much. Whether you enjoy relaxing on a beach, hiking in the mountains or soaking up the French culture, Collioure has it all. Whether you are an art lover, sun worshipper or wine connoisseur, there is something for everyone.

What makes this house unique

The perfect location of this property means that you can enjoy the tranquil and private setting of the apartment nestling amongst the vineyards with stunning mountainous views, yet, in a 15 minute walk around the impressive Chateau Royale you can be part of the vibrant atmosphere in the town.

Stunning and peaceful apartment in Collioure

The apartment is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the beautiful French town of Collioure. Accommodation is modern and immaculate throughout. The outside space and pool where perfect for relaxing in the glorious sunshine. The welcome pack perfect for our initial needs on arrival. Cannot recommend this property highly enough , Nigel and Julia were the perfect host providing easy transactions and information. Collioure is a perfect holiday destination if your a fan of the French way of life with numerous choices of restaurants and bars. Thank you for letting us into your beautiful French home

Peaceful location but close to beaches, shops and entertainment

Beautiful property with stunning views, car parking on site but walking distance to the town of Collioure. Pool and sunny terrace, with covered area perfect for outdoor eating even in the rain! Very well equipped and beautifully decorated.
