Both rooms are furnished tastefully with plenty of wardrobe space, memory foam mattresses, crisp cotton sheets and fluffy towels. There is a remote controlled a/c unit in the twin room.
You go through the hall and enter into the sun filled living area. Here the first thing that will hit you is the wonderful view! I hope you will appreciate from the pictures this apartment definitely has the wow factor!

Hi, my name is Theresa and I’m an online sales manager and mum of three. I live in Somerset in England. I recently bought this gorgeous apartment with my dad, Chris and couldn't be more proud.
Theresa purchased this apartment in 2016
Everyone who's looked at our place has loved it as much as we do. I have been looking to buy my own place for some time now and when I walked in Zurbaran 68 (as we call it!) I knew straight away it was perfect. What sets it apart is the beauty of the landscape but the location is equally unique. There is so much to explore and discover and although this is a popular holiday destination, it hasn't been spoilt. You really get a feel for the Spanish way of life. Come and visit and I think you will fall in love with it too.
Of course I keep mentioning it but it has to be the gorgeous views from the terrace. But the coastal walks practically on the doorstep, the abundance of quiet coves and snorkelling spots and the safety of the area set it apart from so many other holiday apartments. This is not a resort that will attract rowdy gangs of people. It is very much for families, hikers and cyclists. In the winter months in particular it is a very peaceful and tranquil spot. In the summer there is much more of a buzz but it is still very friendly and safe with people from all different parts of the world.
We spent a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable Christmas week at Theresa's apartment. It is light and spacious, and very well presented and equipped. The space and setting was ideal for our family, which included young children. Cumbre del Sol and Moraira are beautiful at any time of year. We have visited the area several times now. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again and would certainly recommend it to others!
First and foremost, we found it very hard to find fault with the whole experience, the property, the owner, the location were all excellent, we were indeed, very lucky.
We chose the property primarily because of the view, the promise of watching the sun set with a glass of wine and my wife for company was too much to resist. Coupled with the good value offered for the rental and a location that was perfect for our holiday, we were really very pleased when we did finally find the property (after much wasted time looking for roads that didn't actually exist whilst using what appeared to be a pre-war example of a sat nav system supplied by our car hire company). Be warned, follow the owners directions not a dated sat nav!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and all the comforts it has to offer. It was very well equipped, there was even some stuff to take to the beach such as bucket and spades and a (much needed) parasol. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished, as is the living space which has two particularly comfy chairs. The complex pools are great and offer welcome respite from the heat of the day, the good news is that in our experience they weren't crowded, even at the height of summer. The fridge is cold and has plenty of room for beer and wine which was a huge plus.
Our experience with the owner, who did all she could to ensure our stay was a pleasant one, couldn't have been better and we would happily deal with her again, a real pleasure.
Lastly, the location. Wow. Wonderful views, stunning drives and walks and all so close to Javea and Moraira.
P.s do not miss Cala Moraig, it is a small stoney beach but it is a stunning location and has caves to explore also.
In our opinion, this apartment is perfect for couples and small families looking for a quiet location.
We arrived after a long day and were blown away but the beauty of the area and the view which the photos do no justice to! We had tons of space for our 2 teenagers and ourselves, tv wifi and showers were excellent. The closest pool was a very short walk and had a fab view then we went to the other one a 5 min walk up the hill and it was the best we've ever had on a self catering holiday in 15 years! It had the most amazing infinity pool in the middle with views out to the mountains. There is everything you'll need in the apartment, including a cafetiere which we don't always find and is very important to us...! It's a quiet area at this time of year and exactly what we needed. A car is essential but you're quickly down the hill and there are many lovely places to visit within a 40 min radius - Denia, Javea, Altea etc. Excellent excellent value for money and wonderful contact and reassurance from Theresa before we went - Thanks very much Theresa for everything.
We stayed for a week in September in this lovely spacious apartment. It was very clean and well appointed and only a couple of minutes away from one of the communal swimming pools. We used the pool on four occasions and only once was there anyone else there. I imagine at peak holiday time it will be busier.
The local supermarket has everything you need for a self catering holiday and there are a large number of good restaurants in nearby Javea. There is a lovely beach in Javea and several others nearby.
A car is a must in this location and I would certainly recommend it for couples and young families, but teenagers might find it a little quiet.
Firstly, thnx Theresa for the most totally memorable holiday for years! We sooo needed it. Here's our review!
The apartment is clean. Really well furnished. Showers great. Broadband great. Superb views from terrace, esp at night. Pool areas are just fab for kids. Locked so they can't get out, makes for a nice relaxing hol!... Lovely bar by pool with food 1 min walk. Great place for families. Car essential tho. Wonderful area, loads to see & do, loads beaches, theme parks 20 mins away. We will def be back and have recommended friends. x
We booked this apartment at the last min as we had a cancellation elsewhere. We were so glad the other place cancelled! Its a stunning apartment, lovely furniture, amazing views/sunsts, the pools are fantastic for kids and there's a beach 5 mins away. Big plus was UK freeview TV for kids which we didnt expect, really good broad band and its close to moraira & javea. You need a car though. recomended!
There is so much to do in the area you will have trouble fitting it all in! And everything is nearby so you won't spend your holiday in a hot car.
There are a number of hiking routes either straight from the apartment or a short distance away. You can walk straight out of the door to a small fisherman's cove or for longer walks, along the coast to the popular Cala del Moraig beach (named as one of Spain's best beaches) or El Portet, a pretty bay and beach both with bars and restaurants in the summer months. You can also walk inland straight into Granadella National Park. There is just as much variety and scope for cyclists, snorkelling, diving, tennis and golf so ask away and I will give you some more info.
If you have young children then the 3 communal pools in the complex provide a fun, safe environment. All in walking distance, 2 have a play area and toilets/showers, the other one is just 100m from the apartment with toilets/showers and some loungers. Please note the pools are warmed by the sun and warm enough to swim in from around the end of May to mid-October.
If you fancy exploring this fascinating area then its worth visiting Javea and nearby Moraira. Javea is a 25 minute drive and offers a beautiful long sandy beach with an abundance of vibrant bars and restaurants. The old town is quaint with cobbled streets, a historic church, a covered market and tapas bars.
Moraira is just a 15 minute drive away. You will see from the photos what a pretty bay it is with a port, cobbled streets, a sandy beach with play areas and many excellent bars and restaurants.
For days out why not take the kids to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia or Terra Natura theme parks in Benidorm, an easy 30 minute drive and open in the summer months.
I could go on and on but don't want to bombard you with too much straight away. Have a look at my photos, which I think speak a million words and do get in contact if you want to ask me anything at all. I'll do my best answer any queries. Also take a look at my links for more info on the area.
