“I Tre Laghi” is situated opposite three lakes offering a magnificent view of the countryside and Majella mountain. The property consists of the main house and sleeps 13 persons and with adjacent cottage permits further sleeping space for 9 persons. The main house is subdivided in two apartments which is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes vines,olive trees and various fruit trees. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Ground Floor Apartment : Sant'Agnese – Hosts six persons. Access from porch. Living and dining/kitchen area have vaulted ceilings. Living area equipped with television, reading material. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Separate from the house there is a barbecue area, fully equipped with large fireplace and weber. Floor Apartment : Sant'Angelo – Hosts seven persons (additional bed). This apartment is very luminous. External staircase. Own private entrance leads direct into spacious living room with fireplace, archway to diner / kitchen, all with direct access onto large terrace. The living area is equipped with television. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, a cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Parking facilities within premises. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. It is 1.9 km from the historical centre of Città Sant’Angelo. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets and on bus route to Pescara station. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Horse riding facilities in the vicinity.

About The Owner

I (Piero) was born in Abruzzo but lived abroad for 20 years. My wife, Letizia and I returned to live in Italy in 1999. After a long spell in the construction business, we decided in 2014 to restore this farmhouse, enjoying this little project which has certainly fulfilled our dreams.

If used during this period, meter reading taken and payment upon consumption. 2.People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. 3.The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal belongings that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. 4. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection and maintenance of garden. 5.Pets are NOT allowed, but upon application to the owner, this could be considered. 6.There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels.

Beautifully located, well-maintened and equipped.

Since the beginning of reservation there was absolutely no problem with communication with the house owners. Pierro and Letizia are an amazing couple perfectly speaking English. Every asked question was clear answered with full of important details and additional information about the house, equipment and directions how to find the house. After our coming to the house we were all surprised how we were welcomed. House was impressive - enough big for our 11 group of people, well maintained and equipped. There is fantastic terrace covered, protecting from sun - it was important because it was exceptionally hot during our staying (above 35 degrees). We were given a book with tips where to eat and spend time. We have spent wonderful time in house hosted by very hospitable Piero and Letizia. Thank You! We would definitely recommend this house for everyone who is looking for high standard well equipped house outside the town, in the Italian country, far from city noise maintained by professionals just to have a really good time. However as I said we were there between 7th and 14th August and there was exceptionally hot - remember there is no air condition in the house so be prepared :) Our group promised to visit the house one more time as soon as host will provide a swimming pool by the house ;)
