Fabulous!

This property is really worth to recommend. Very clean and tidy, close to the beach , with beautiful seaside view . Neighbourhood is very quiet, shop and very nice and cheap restaurant is just on the opposite side of the apartment. It's very close to Murcia de javier airport (15 minutes by car). The owner provides great customer service and is very helpful.

Very nice and specious apartment

Everything was perfect. Fantastic views from balcony one of the sea and one of the nearby hotel. Close to Lakes and not so far away from the sea. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. The owner provided all information we needed for our stay

Vacances pas reposantes du tout!

L'appartement de Bena est situé au bord d'une nationale avec un trafic incessant. Vous avez le choix entre le bruit des voitures ou mourrir de chaud si vous fermez la porte donnant sur la terrasse, puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Du fait du bruit la terrasse est impraticable. Le logement est suffisant pour qautre personnes, le confort est sommaire , la literie de mauvaise qualité et une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Communication difficile (uniquement par téléphone) avec l'hôte qui a choisi de partir le jour de notre arrivée. Elle a mandaté soit disant une personne sur place pour régler les éventuels problèmes mais la personne ne répondait même pas à nos coups de fil. Le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas. Il devait être remplacé mais ça n'a pas été fait et aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé par notre hôte. En plus du prix de la location. Il faut compter 50 euros de frais de ménage à donner à la personne qui s'occupe du ménage ( la même qui n'a pas répondu à mes coups de fil) et qu'on a attendu une heure le jour de la sortie de l'appartement parce qu'elle n'a pas daigné appeller pour convenir d'une heure pour la remise des clés. Compte tenu de tous ces désagréments j'aurais pu partir sans payer les 50 euros et en laissant les clés sous la table là où je les ai trouvées mais je suis honnête et je respecte mes engagements ce qui n'est pas le cas de tout le monde. Ce fut une mauvaise expérience qui nous a gâché une semaine de vacances.

When my weekly charge is 250 euros for rental you have to add 50 euros cleaning charges. When you stay 2 weeks in my apartment you pay 500 euros + 50 for cleaning. You also have to pay 100 euros breakages deposit but this deposit will be re-fundable back to you. Regards
