About the property

Courtyard Mews is situated on the ground floor of a Victorian house just a few minutes walk from town and the HIC yet in a quiet location.

Entrance is through the courtyard which is quiet and secluded and has a seating area. The conservatory door (up 2 steps) leads into the dining room which has a large dining table and 6 chairs. Electric window blinds.

A door leads to the newly fitted Siematic kitchen which is fully equipped with mainly Miele appliances. combination microwave halogen oven, steam oven, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge freezer, all pots and pans provided, along with serving dishes, plates and cutlery. Electric blinds and roof lights

Kitchen leads to the lounge which has a large sofa bed providing accommodation for 2 guests (£30 per person, per night), armchairs, wall mounted TV, Bluray player, Virgin package. Electric blinds

An inner hallway leads to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a superking bed (can split to twins by request - £10 charge), drawers and wardrobe. Hairdryer. Electric window blinds. En suite shower room with walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit

Bedroom 2 has a superking bed (can split to twins by request - £10 charge), drawers and wardrobe. Hairdryer. En suite shower room with bath with shower over, toilet and vanity unit. This bathroom serve as a house bathroom also and can be separated from the bedroom with an additional door.

High quality Egyptian cotton bedding and fluffy white towels provided.

Standard arrival after 1500. Early arrival of 1400 available by request for £10

Standard departure is 1000. Late departure of 12 noon available for £20

Ample on street parking on surrounding roads. 3 hour free disc parking with disc you will find inside. Parking is controlled 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday - free evenings and weekends. We have a supply of parking scratch cards which are valid from day of activation until noon following day. These are £5 each and should be requested in advance

A well behaved pet is welcome with a charge of £25 per stay

Children welcome, we have a travel cot and high chair (please bring your own cot bedding)

The property has been beautifully set up. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. Eating in the conservatory was a delight. Conveniently situated within walking distance for the town centre. The secure courtyard garden was a bonus as we were travelling with a service dog. We could find no fault and the experience exceeded our expectations and the beautiful weather was a bonus! We would certainly recommend this property.

Lovely property.Well positioned in Harrogate to walk into town.

The accommodation is high spec and just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need. It's a shame the coffee machine was out of action,it looked the business.

Linda has always replied to our enquiries promptly.

The neighbours in the apartment upstairs are really lovely people.

We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family
