This pleasantly decorated flat has one double bedroom with a sofa bed (105 cm wide) in the lounge. There is room in the bedroom for a travel cot.There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave. The launderette is nearby.The bathroom has a bath with shower over. It is on a family holiday park that has swimming pools and an entertainment club. Guests pay separately if they wish to use these facilities. The cost is £1 per day for an adult and 70p for a child. Facilities are open from late March untill the end of October. The entertainment area is not near enough to cause disturbance. The flat is close to the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail, the Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve and the Dawlish Warren seaside resort with blue flag beach. The town of Dawlish can be reached by a pleasant stroll along the seafront.There are lots of places to visit such as Teignmouth, Torquay, Exeter and Dartmoor, within easy reach by car. We are close to Brunel's famous coastal train line running from Exeter to Torquay.The train station and bus stops are just five minutes walk away. This is a great place to be whatever type of holiday you like. One small to medium dog is welcome.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a great place to holiday if you prefer to use public transport because there is so much nearby. Whether you like a lively seaside resort with entertainment, amusements, chip shops and pubs or you like quiet walks along the coast and through the nature reserve, cycling, boat trips and coffee shops this location has it all. Dawlish Warren beach came in the top 12 blue flag beaches for 2016. There is also a blue flag beach at Coryton Cove. One end of the beach is lively the other is very peaceful and there is always part of the beach available for dogs.

The entertainment club has nightly entertainment which includes dancing, children's activities and bingo. Later in the evening there is cabaret and disco. There are sporting and children's activities available during the day. There is a small charge for use of the complex. Passes can be purchased from the Park reception office. There are great walks in this area. The Exe estuary is a wonderful place to see water birds such as Avocets.

Looked after from start to finish

Stayed during Christmas period. Fantastic bottom floor flat. Clean, Tidy, and definitely good value for money. Our property contact Sue Larbalestier was brilliant, information was emailed to us before the holiday, keys were in place on arrival and heating had been put on. Even squeaky toy on the table for our Westie, Hamish. (thank you)

Walking to Dawlish Warren beach takes around 10 min at a steady pace, but what i found amazing was, even on Christmas eve (evening) shops, restaurants, amusement arcades were in no hurry to close. Many thanks Sue your professionalism and kindness from start to finish gave us a great short break this Christmas. Be back soon.

Lovely relaxed weekend

Had a lovely weekend away with my daughter here, the apartment was very well equipped and has a lovely relaxed & comfortable feel. Sue was very helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Ideally situated for what we wanted. Property very clean. Everything necessary was supplied.

Furniture a little dated. But it’s a holiday home. Very clean and fitted out well. We went beginning of April so the hot water bottles were much appreciated.

Smart, clean and comfortable

This is a nice flat which met our needs precisely. Whilest it is on a holiday site we were not effected by noise of any kind. The surrounding area is great for nice walks with our dog and has plenty of places to eat near by. Sea front just a few minutes walk away. Great stay and hope to do it again in the future.

Communication with The owner Sue is great. She gives bits of advice about local area and keeps updated and reminded about various bits and pieces.
